This was great. I think I will air fry the tofu a little next time before stir frying. I also added some zucchini and more sauce. Perfect spice level for us.

I added oyster mushrooms instead and some bokchoi for greens. Cooked the tofu in the airfryer to get it extra crispy.

Delicious noodles! I doubled the recipe. I used about 21 oz of dry noodles as I don’t have access to pre-cooked ones. I also have found the amount of heat in the PUL recipe doesn’t affect my husband and I, so I did 1.5x the amount of gochujang. Unfortunately, the noodles still had no kick to them, so I’ll double it next. We both loved these noodles, and I’ll certainly make them again!

Looks delicious! If I can't get fresh noddles, how much would the weight in dry noodles be? For example rice noodles? Thanks!

Hey there, Tina, if using dry noodles, you could use approximately 8-9 ounces (225-250 grams) of uncooked rice noodles. You can add it slowly to the dish as well and adjust based on personal preference for the noodle density 😊

Super good!! Amazing flavors 😍 Used egg noodles instead. I highly recommend marinating the tofu in soy sauce & honey before frying it!

I never used dark soy sauce. Does this make a big impact on the dish? I will try find it.

Hi Monique, dark soy sauce is thicker, richer, and has a more intense flavour compared to regular soy sauce. It helps add colour and depth to the noodles. If you'd like to experiment though, you could use general soy sauce and adjust the sauce to taste ✨

I liked the flavor, but had an issue with the ingredients. I’d go with extra firm tofu next time; firm was too watery and fell apart in the pan, causing a layer of crusted on starch and tofu water. That, or pressing the tofu before cooking. I ended up dumping it into the air fryer to remove the crusted starch layer from my enamel Dutch oven in order to continue with the recipe.

I would add salt and pepper to the tofu, and if you‘re using different noodles be careful with the amount.
