I decided to use two fresh chili peppers instead of the five dried ones and the dish wasn't hot enough for my taste. I'll definitely make it again and I'll add more heat. The sauce is divine!

We can't stop eating this dish!!
It's satisfying and so filling. I used soy chunks and used half the sauce to rehydrate them on the stove with extra water, then added the oil, let them brown, and then added everything else as per the recipe, fantastic!

I don't like "mock" meats. I was thinking uting cauliflower instead. How do I incorporate it?

Hey Cathrine, you can just chop it into bite-sized pieces and sauté it in place of the mock chicken. Follow the rest of the recipe as usual, and you'll have a delicious cauliflower stir-fry. Just be sure to give it a taste and adjust the sauce as needed 😊

Very tasty and not difficult to make! The combination with the peanuts is delicious. Would make a larger serving next time, for four persons is not enough for us to last for two dinners (perhaps because it’s so tasty and you don’t want to stop eating).

This dish was so flavourful and delicious. I made it for my family and everyone loved it!! A great dish to make to impress some guests. The only thing I’ll have to remember is to make more rice than the recipe says since 240g for 5 people was slightly not enough
