Delicious! As a last step I combined the tofu, the vegetables and the noodles with the sauce and fried them for 1,2 minutes, so the noodles as well as the vegetables and tofu picked up all the flavors of the sauce. Apart from that I followed the recipe. Amazing 😻
Really liked this recipe! Do you think it will work with soba noodles?
Delicious! I found it a bit hard to keep to the timings making this for the first time making this but I think if I cook the noodles while I fry the tofu it should work out better.
Better than a takeaway for sure! Really easy and simple to make. I had this over tomato rice to save cooking the noodles and I can just do that in the rice cooker. I was feeling lazy 😂 It's really tasty and definitely one to keep on rotation!
Perfect week night recipe
This was quite tasty.
Second time making this, did not put cornstarch in the sauce but took the noodles out a bit early and let them soak in de sauce.
Again a hit👌🏼
I love the taste! Became an instant favourite :)
delicious👌🏼
This was amazing! Definitely recommend!
Really delicious! I should have mixed the sauce first, because I was rushed a bit, but the taste was 👌👌
Super yummy! ❤️ Exchanged the bean paste for 1/2 tbsp gochujang and the corn for some extra carrot. I also cooked the noodles in the sauce so they would not be plain! (But had to add some extra soy sauce because of this, since the noodles sucked up the sauce)
The best
Great dish. I accidentally let the sauce dry up while waiting for the noodles to cook. So be careful. The noodles are probably much better with the sauce not dried up but I liked the dish anyway.
Didn’t really taste of black pepper, but 5/5 none the less!
How to prep the Tofu for tofu? Its so watery in the box. Is there any video for that?
This was easy to do and flavourful. I did use the air fryer to cook the tofu.
This was amazing!! Subbed in peas for corn and used GF rice noodles. So so flavorful!!
This is good! Subbed celery for baby corn. It is SPICY! I might reduce the spice next time. I love how I can scale it up or down depending on how many you are feeding!
Loved this!! We reduced the spice for the kids and subbed peas for the baby corn, and it was a hit for everyone :)
This was so yummy yummy yummy! It left me wanting more! 🙊
The only part I had a bit of trouble was cooking the noodles! I used instant stir fry noodle and somehow once I put them in the pan to fry the noodles got sticked together and some just got sticked to the pan and it was all a mess, I used two separate portions and didn't work twice.
Then I used a bit more expensive Japanese ramen noodles and I somehow made it work. What I did was putting the noodles under cold water immediately after boiling them, strain them then jizzle them with olive oil on putting them on the pan on high heat.
I added a bit of kimchi to get those probiotics in!
Sorry for the long post, I'm just really excited about trying so many recipes, I downloaded the app less than a week ago and I've already made a few recipes. 🤭🤭
Thank you PUL team for reminding me how fun and gratifying cooking is. I only cook for myself and I'm a student too, so having the chance to have easy to follow recipes that are incredibly delicious, that take the appropriate amount of time, and make me try such a wide variety of flavors is just incredible! ❤️
that was too good to be true.
made 7 portions. my partner found the sauce too vinegary, but otherwise it was amazing.
So tasty! Surprisingly good with the noodles too.
This recipe is so good that it appeals to vegan to carnivore 😋 . My family absolutely loved it. It will definitely be made again. Thanks for creating another easy but absolutely delicious recipe.
This is delicious!! We subbed for different veg but the tofu triangles cornstarch technique + the sauce was incredible!
Delicious
Delicious dinner that we will definitely repeat. I cooked the tofu in an air fryer which always works really well. I added some mangetout and pak choi for colour but mainly because they were in the fridge.
I loved this! Super easy to make and had great flavor with a slight spicy kick. I subbed zucchini for the baby corn and it turned out great!
I loved this; kids were iffy about it, mostly the baby corn which is easy enough to sub with something else.
Delicious
Very yummy and spicy 🌶️
So good! I didn’t have any corn at home but made it without it. Funny enough I also ran out of black pepper, but replaced it with white pepper. It was still super tasty!
I feel so bad giving a 3-star review on any of your recipes, because I know you all work so hard on developing them. The main flavor that stood out for me was the baby corn, and I think I discovered that I don’t like baby corn.
Amazing dish! Will definitely make this again (secretly hoping this will become a staple in our household).
I loved this dish! I would double the sauce if you want the noodles to be covered. The recipe has enough sauce just for the veges and tofu. So depends on your preference 😊
OMG so delicious!
Delicious and just spicy enough!
Absolutely delicious! I would suggest making more sauce so that you can have some to spoon over the noodles. It also took me longer than 30 minutes because I had to cook my tofu in batches. But a wonderful dish!
so good and easy to make!!
Loved that making one serving wasn’t complicated measurements. And it was good!!
I made this without the chili bean paste. It was so goodddddd!!!
This one is sooo good, added to the roster for sure 👌
Very tasty! However, next time I would double the sauce for the amount of noodles and vegetables.
Wonderfully tasty, easy and satisfying. Gorgeous flavours!
