Great, easy recipe. I was just missing some crunch. Maybe I should have started baking the tofu alone for a couple of minutes and then later added the veggies.

Hey Lara, we use conventional heat, so the symbol on our oven shows the top and bottom heating without the fan, with the pan in the middle rack of the oven. In case you use the option with a fan, also called convection bake, the baking time will be less 🤗

Ok so I tried this tonight and the sticky sauce was to die for!! Truly delicious. Only my tofu keeps turning out a little soggy. I bought a tofu press and tried to dry it as well as I could.. Does anyone have any tips?

Hi Carolien, glad you enjoyed the sauce! You could try using extra-firm tofu or baking the tofu separately on a lined baking sheet before adding it to the veggies for extra crispness. We've also heard that freezing the tofu first, then thawing it, and pressing helps remove more moisture, resulting in a firmer texture 😊

Excellent meal. If you have kids or people that aren’t used to tofu consider cutting the cubes to 1cm instead. My daughter called them “scary big”

Definitely will be adding this to our rotation. I was able to get everything started and get other things done while it all cooked, then put it together at the end. I used red bell pepper instead of carrots, because I had some I needed to use. It's definitely very customizable to whatever produce you want to add.
