What others say
I added in bokchoi and beansprouts - it was delicious!
I was figuring out what quick meal to make next, and this popped up as I was scrolling through the app bc of the previous members' comment in the "what others are loving" section, and I decided to give it a go haha! Turned out great :)
Added some edamame as well!
Easy and tasty!
This is so good and easy, even with regular ramen noodles or fettuccine noodles! It really is a quick recipe to put together, and it works with multiple vegetables.
This is so yummy! I made it a little less spicy but the flavour overall was still quite balanced. I think the idea of letting the spinach wilt over residual heat is very clever because it's nice to have something textural that cuts through the creaminess of the sauce! This was also my first time using mock meats in my own cooking, such a treat - so quick and easy eheh. I picked this because it was a quick recipe but it still gave me the nutritional value I needed 🥹♥️ Feels like an act of self care after a tiresome day at work.
Absolutely delicious 😍 quick , easy and super tasty! Thank you PUL team 🤗
Tried this tonight- really easy to make. The sauce is amazing. I cooked some green veg and mock chicken on side that was plain to go with the spicy sweet noodles - loved it- will definitely make again
Tellement rapide à faire et si bon !
so yummy! i didn't have mock chicken on hand, so i just added the spinach and some leftover frozen broccoli! worked out great!
I just added to my ‘nourish ‘for the next day, hah, can’t wait to eat it, I love gochujang- thanx to you ! Just since there is almond butter in your picture, not peanut 😅does it mean it would be better with this ? I think so
Quick, easy & yummy. Will definitely do this again and again.
So quick so easy!! Yum yum yum! Takes the same time as making instant noodles but wayyyy better and creamier
Delicious, creamy and easy to make. Quick weekday meal that's packed with flavourful!
Easy and tasty! I sauteed some shredded cabbage/carrot with this as well and it added a nice crunch.
incredible 🤤
Sauce is so simple yet so delicious. It would taste good on any kitchen-sink dish of veg and noodles or rice. Recipe is also easy to modify— I didn’t have enough mock chicken, so I added pan-toasted peanuts & edamame, & it was great.
Beyond amazing!!!! It's especially helpful how quick, easy and cheap it is to make!
This has been a go-to recently - simple and delicious! But also addictive, I really don't know how to get three servings out of the standard recipe 😁
Amazing sauce! I used half the gochujang because I'm not a huge fan of spice and it was delicious. I made this as a single serving with ramen, and it worked really well that way. Thanks again PUL!
Made it tonight, it was soooo delicious that I got blown away!
Didn’t have mock chicken, so i used tempeh. Also, i used frozen spinach, because didn’t have fresh. It turned out DELICIOUS! The sauce is amazing 🤤
Hi, can you please explain what the Taiwanese noodles are? I am aware the type of pasta is not very important for the success of this recipe but I would just like to know what type of pasta it is because I simply don't know it :)
Very eat and delicious!
absolutely delicious
Yummy and easy to make! Very spicy though - I added half of the recommended chilli paste and it was still too spicy for me (but my body doesn't do spicy food well anyway) so I'm gonna add a bit less. Good flavours!
super quick and flavorful! perfect weeknight dinner :)
Awesome dish, depending on what kind of peanut butter you use, you might have to add some extra water to dilute the sauce a bit. The water you boiled your noodles in works great for that.
So good! Made it in 20 minutes and thats the cherry on top :)
My ingredients didn’t have added salt so a bit of salt in this recipe would bring out the flavours more.
This is a great recipe to make on the weekend when you want something quick and easy to make with a lot of flavor! This makes a lot of sauce, so I doubled the amount of noodles in the recipe and it worked perfectly.
Soo tasty! And easy to make!
Perfect quick dinner😍
Soooo tasty! I overshot the PB a little but this was delicious and is now a staple during the week bc it's so simple to make! I don't love fake meat alternative so I used tofu that I just fried up a little bit and it was perfect!
Flavour bomb 💣 I didn't have mock chicken so threw some edamame into the pasta water, which worked well in the finished product.
Yum!
I had some straight to wok noddles which made this dish super fast to make. It really delivered on flavour too and made for a perfect quick lunch.
Yum! Yum! Yum! I’ll definitely make this one again!
Soooo good
This has become one of my comfort dishes! The sauce is just so rich and smooth with some nice heat to it ❤️
What a delicious combination of flavours. Big fan of this recipe 😍
Very nice flavour, recommend! :)
I changed chili paste to flakes, chicken for tofu and used rice noodles instead. The taste of the sauce is what matters the most and it’s great.
Would be good to have next to it a dish that has some veggies and then the whole meal will be nicely balanced.
Very tasty! I used chopped sugar peas (fried together with the faux chicken for a few minutes) instead of spinach for a little kick of freshness.
A super quick delicious weeknight meal using simple ingredients!
Used soba noodles, add mushrooms and crumbled some tofu in, such a versatile recipe.
Thank you!
Yummmmmm ! So quick send so good!
Delicious!!!
I made some modifications to the sauce, because my husband needs to eat lower sodium, but the basic components were there and it was really delicious! Instead of mock chicken, I sauteed some veggies that I had prepped over the weekend, and it still only took 20 min to get it on the table. This will definitely go in our regular rotation.
Loved that this recipe was super quick. I missed some veggies and added some Thai eggplants
Can anyone in the US recommend a brand of mock chicken that tastes good? Thanks in advance! Also PUL—what brand of mock chicken do you use?
This is just soooo good!! I did it 2x - second time with tahini paste as I had no peanut butter. Less creamy, but still the sauce is amazing! I would definitely recommend to use this type of noodles, they are perfect for this creamy sauce. Also instead of mock meat I used firm tofu which I prepared with chicken seasoning and fried. This is gonna be on my weekly menu!
So delicious!!
Looove this. Had it for supper last night and lunch at work today. Added some sesame seeds as well.
So delicious, easy and fast to make! My boyfriend and I love this recipe 😋
I Love this recipe. Husband loved it and so did our 2yr. old. Who, I have a hard time getting to try new things these days. She kept begging for more. It was super easy to make and in a small amount of time, it's going into our permanent rotation. Love love love it!
Absolutely delicious! I substituted tofu, carrot ribbons and courgettes for the meat substitute.
The family found it was too spicy but I loved it. My favorite recipe so far.
Delicious and super quick.
Delicious and so easy to make 🥰
My ABSOLUTE favorite!! I make this almost every week with tofu and veggies - I’ll always add a little extra peanut butter to make it super creamy.
Changed it to mushrooms and soba noodles and it was AWESOME!
Tasty and easy
Oh my gosh, this was so delicious and simple! I didn’t have peanut butter, so swapped it out with almond butter and added agave instead of sugar. It still turned out so well! Simply delicious. :)
I love this recipe! When I don’t have mock chicken I usually use tofu or green peas and it’s always delicious. 🤤
Another great recipe- I would add more soy sauce to better balance the sweetness versus the saltiness, but that’s just my personal preference. Thank you PUL 🙏🏽♥️
So so flavorful and really quick and easy to make!
This is seriously so delicious -maybe a bit spicy for my spice-intolerant self, but I am working on it! I thought that I might not add the spinach as I don't like it that much but I am actually so glad I did and it turned out so good! Definitely a new add to my favourites list!
Fast and easy, mock chicken could use something…
A great sauce! Matched perfectly with my rice noodles, carrots, chickpeas and bok choy!
Just made as a friday dinner for myself. Used egg noodles and tofu instead. Loved it!! Will definitely make again. 😍 I would recommend taking it off the heat immediately after pouring in the sauce, because I had it on a bit too long which made the sauce evaporate (?) and it became kinda dry. Just added a bit more water to fix it 🫶🏻
Good taste, I’d add more gochujang paste and lower peanut butter
I don’t know what I did wrong, but it seems like 1 cup of water is too much, I’ve added it to the noodles and it’s a full on soup… waiting for it to boil out…
Nice and easy dish to make, perfect after a long day. Definitely on out new menu
So simple and tasty, weeknight favorite
The sauce is SO good!! And it came together in minutes. I made it with carrots and zucchini instead of mock meat.
This was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend and so quick and easy too.
Very delicious! I made this for dinner with big pieces of sour dough bread and tossed the rest of the pear into a salad on the side. The pear in the sandwich with the cheese and kimchi is just so tasty!
My husband’s new favourite 🥰 he wants to cook it every week.
This is so tasty. I ordered the noodles as I couldn’t find them in our local Asian supermarket - it was so worth it!
Feel so good making this dish and not ordering in
Thank you for such a user and amateur cook friendly app
Delicious! Full of flavor, spicy, but also creamy and rich thanks to the peanut butter. I think this one is also great for people hesitant about spicy dishes as you can adjust it to your liking!
That sauce! Pour over everything and be happy💕
super easy and incredibly delicious recipe 🤩
So good and the whole family loved it.
I made this with Pad Thai noodles, because that’s what we had on hand, it tasted absolutely amazing! I paired it with the Korean Cucumber Salad from this app! Thank you for sharing a wonderful recipe, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
Subbed almond butter. Turned out great
Absolutely satisfying dish 😍
So yummy! We had broccoli in the fridge that needed to be used up, so I tossed it in there too.
So good!
Made this with some pan fried bell peppers and it was so yummy.
Delicious!
Husband loved it!
Amazingly creamy and satisfying! I eat mussels for B12 so I put mussels instead of meat substitute and that worked great too.
Super easy and very delicious. Omitted the chik’en and I think I’ll add steamed broccoli next time.
Thanks for another delicious recipe!
I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe. So tasty and so quick and easy!
