This is one of my favorites!
Im used to pick up limes recipes to contain 500-600 kcal so i didnt understand why i was hungry so quickly. Ill try to make the portion bigger or add fruit and nuts to my breakfast.
I half smashed the white beans mix with a fork then heated it in the pan next to the spinach mix. Delicious!!! 😁
I didn’t have any hot sauce, so used a chilli sauce instead, didn’t have nice bread either, just toast bread. It was nice enough and maybe would have been 5 stars on better bread. It was a bit bland without the hot sauce. Would try again with the ingredients as listed.

My bean mixture ended up too gooey. The spinach was delicious. Great taste with the miso, sesame oil, soy sauce and garlic. Recommend combining it with something fresh or acidic.
Un délice !
I think I'll heat the bean mixture up next time. Very creative, wuick, and fun recipe.
Flavorful and really satiating dish😋 For people not used to spicy food - be careful with the gochujang amount! I half-reduced it and it still was a bit too spicy for me. I also noticed that gochujang I recently bought was much spicier than paste form different brand.
This is so incredibly yummy! I highly recommend everyone to try it. The spinach mixture is out of this world. And it is super quick to make 😊
This was so delicious. I was looking for a quick savory breakfast and this recipe delivered 😁
I made it for a sandwich to take at work and it was soooo good. I added some canned peas that were sitting in my fridge half open to the cannellini beans and it was still a hit. It would be and awesome breakfast/snack too
Wow, packed with so much flavor!!!
It was easy to come together and delicious! A fun way to eat beans on toast and get the greens in!
Delish! It was sweeter than I expected. We do enjoy the umami flavor and love Gochujang. We’ll reduce the maple syrup next time.
This recipe is so versatile and there are so many other items you can top with, chilies, kimchi, sprouts. We enjoyed a side of kimchi with it and found particular pleasure from dipping the bread into the kimchi juice. Nom! Wonderful way to get in leafy greens at breakfast.
We may also cut the spinach (use kitchen shears) to reduce pulling off half the spinach in one bite. Not that we minded.
Amazing! Loved every bit of it!! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Loved it!!🥰🥰
I love this recipe for when i’m in a pinch. it’s quick easy and delicious!! i’ve made it with multiple different beans (black beans, chickpeas and even thawed edamames) it works incredibly well with all of them :)
This recipe is packed with flavour, it is also a great way to use up those greens that are starting to look wilted in the fridge!
I will be making this over and over again.
Loved this recipe! Didn‘t have bread at home so I sliced a sweet potato, baked it in the oven and added the toppings. Delish!!!
Love the fact that it starts the day with nutrients and taste.
Great, simple recipe! I was worried it might be too spicy, but it wasn't at all - it just had a little kick. Some nixed seeds might be a good addition next time, too. Very easy to prepare - a good one if you're working from home and need something quick and healthy.
So far the best recipe of the app that I've tried, huge flavor payoff for such a quick recipe
Absolutely delicious wow!!!
Quick and simple breakfast, which is a nice option in the PUL sandwich arsenal
The spinach is the best component of this dish. I was not blown away by this recipe (lagom as I would say in Swedish), but I will definitely make this again
I have had this saved for a long time and finally made it today. SO delicious!
Spinach is amazing!
I replaced bread with homemade bread out of grains and added avocado+lime on top, the result was just 🔥🔥🔥
A delicious lunch! I didn’t have quite enough spinach so I added broccoli to the same pan after the spinach was cooked and it was a great add (and used up the leftover sauce nicely).
Loved it, tastes great!
This was a pretty tasty and quick breakfast! I didn’t have the right kind of beans, so I ended up using fava, which turned out fine. I would eat this again, but I wasn’t crazy about it either.
good way to use up white beans! I added some tempeh “bacon” for crispy texture and more protein. I will be making this recipe for future meal preps, particularly the gochujang spread :)
