Love it! We made rice instead of noodles and made Korean ice box pickles instead of plain cucumbers which added a lil tanginess. Added avocado too. Will be making again :)
Best recipy for stressful workdays when you need a easy to prep and fast to make lunch !
Rich, tasty, delicious!
Really healthy & refreshing! Only thing is that I swapped tamari with soy sauce and the sauce came out way too salty. So I added 2 more teaspoons of tahini to balance it.
Super delicious! Altho would lessen a bit the soy sauce (added a bit milk to tone it down)
Other than that its really good! My 2yr old even likes it!
Loved the amount of veggies per serving! Very delicious, just personally would use less soy sauce/tamari as it was a bit salty for me. My boyfriend also loved it!
What can i say. You are the best in create recipe. They all so good. Thank you for making eat veggie easier for me 😍 i was scared the sos will be too salted but it was perfect
10/10!!! and my boyfriend (who can be picky about vegan recipes) loved it too! I added some fried crumbled tempeh for extra protein. Highly recommend!
This was my first recipe w pick up limes!! Very easy esp for someone like me who's lazy but wants to try new things. I would cut veggies smaller so its easier to toss everything together (i like all my flavors mixed). The sauce was delicious. Yay!
Amazing! Perfect for the summer ☀️🤤 So crisp and refreshing! Reminds me of a Japanese summer dish 冷やし中華/Hiyashichuka a little bit. Definitely another hit for me 😋 Thank you for creating this recipe Sadie and PUL team ❤️
The sauce is so phenomenal! Huge serving with high satiety. Really flexible too as I have occasionally done this as a super quick stir fry in colder seasons.
Loved it! 😍
So delicious!
This was absolutely delicious! So fresh, crispy, and perfect balance of flavours.
What brand of frying pan were you using in the photo where the tofu is being cooked?
Super fresh, delicious and easy to make.
Served this to guests at a cozy event and they all wanted to make this recipe later at home ! It was a success 👌
This recipe was great! I always have difficultly browning my tofu though, usually the bottoms will stick to the pan and then fall off — any tips or do I have a cursed pan?
Perfect dressing 🤤🤤🤤
Big hit with my non-vegan parents! (And me!) Such a wholesome delicious dish 🫶🏻
It’s delicious!! :)
(I also added avocado)
Big hit!
Very delicious!
Absolutely delicious - perfect as a summertime lunch!
Simple and delicious!!! Will definitely be making again. It was like a rice paper roll but WAY less labor intensive. I added some mint leaves to mine (cuz that’s my bizness) and it added an extra layer of freshness!
Simple + delicious! The sauce is amazing ❤️
The sauce for this recipe is so dreamy!
Is there a way that I can save this recipe for easier access later?
2nd time making this this week because it was that good! It’s quick to make and delicious. My kids gobble it up too.
Just made this last night and it was fantastic! The tofu was crunchy and flavourful, and I put the leftovers in a wrap which was also delicious!
I’m new to eating vegan. I was concerned about having “just another salad .” Boy was I surprised by all the lovely flavors! Very impressed. Thank you, Sadia.
Just made it and I’m blown away! I guess this is my new favorite dish, I just can’t get enough of it :))
Thank you! Sending love from Ukraine x
This recipe was so fresh and flavorful. Perfect for meal prep and packed lunches for work. We subbed gochujang in place of sriracha, peanut butter instead of tahini, and a smaller amount of agave instead of maple syrup and it was super tasty!
Delicious!
I absolutely loved this noodle salad! It’s super quick and easy to make especially for a midweek meal as you can easily prepare this before hand and have it ready for when you get home at night! Also, can we please talk about that sauce! It is an absolute winner so tasty and full of flavour! I highly recommend this recipe.
This was yummy and super filling! I halved the recipe and got two large portions. I topped mine with some Sriracha and peanuts. Air fryer my tofu cubes (extra-firm, pressed) just tossed with some tamari and cornstarch and air fried 375f for about 12 mins. Perfection. I Will definitely make again. If I don’to have tofu or am too lazy to make it, I think shelled frozen edamame would be great.
