Tastes great!

Mareike - July 15, 2024, 12:14 p.m.

One of my new favorites!
Added Tofu, left out the radish and stir-fried the tofu & veg in the sauce.
Sooooo gooood 😍😍😍

Tamara Garstin - June 20, 2024, 11:26 p.m.

Yummy! I added peanut butter to the sauce and more veg. Delicious !

Renee O - May 15, 2024, 5:39 p.m.

I loved the taste, but think 100 g noodles per serving is too much. My rice vermicelli package suggests 90 g per serving so I’m going to try that next time.

Nino - May 12, 2024, 5:49 p.m.

Really good! It is nice to make something new and delicious.

Cooking process got easier somehow, I do mot need to think too much 🥰

Thank you!

Nicely replaces takeout poke bowls !

Lisa - Jan. 27, 2024, 12:32 a.m.

So fast and good.

Dhanvini Gudi - Jan. 12, 2024, 4:37 a.m.

Love this recipe! It's simple, but so delicious. I substituted the white vermicelli with some traditional south Indian vermicelli, despite my partner's skepticism :P, and I loved it! The dressing went really well with it.

Aww we're so happy that the noodle salad was enjoyed, Dhanvini, thank you! 😃

Preethi - April 7, 2024, 11:54 p.m.

Oh, thanks for the suggestion Dhanvini! I have a lot of that vermicelli lying around at home, so it will be good to use it up 😊

Rachael Emm - Dec. 1, 2023, 5:35 a.m.

Loved it! So easy to put together and incredibly tasty!

Alicia - Oct. 9, 2023, 9:30 p.m.

Liked it much, even though my limes weren‘t super acidic and I forgot the edamame (added tofu instead). I also added Sriracha to and more soy sauce.

Jacob - Sept. 13, 2023, 1:50 a.m.

I don’t think this recipe scales well. I doubled it to make “4” servings, but it was way too much. The sauce was very acidic (a whole lime and 1/4 of vinegar).

PUL small logo PUL Team - Sept. 13, 2023, 7:44 p.m.

Hey Jacob, so sorry about that! We just re-tested the recipe and found the dressing to be as we intended it - it is indeed a tangier vinaigrette. Your feedback really helps us out though, so we've dialled back a bit on the vinegar and added a bit more sweetness to make it more balanced. Thank you again for helping us improve what we do ☺️

Jacob - Sept. 14, 2023, 1:30 p.m.

That’s amazing, I appreciate the thoroughness! We ended up adding a dab of store bought teriyaki sauce (soy and sugar mostly) and it really took it up a notch, so I’m sure those changes achieve similar results.

Monique P - Sept. 12, 2023, 12:30 p.m.

So good! It is a tad on the sour side but I like it :) I added some shiitake mushrooms and a boiled egg to make it a bit more filling. My dad said it would be great with sweet BBQ chicken so for those who have family/partners who eat meat, you could pair it that way :)

Monique P - Sept. 12, 2023, 12:31 p.m.

Oh I also charred the red cabbage and bell peppers on the pan cause I was worried everything would be too crunchy.

Katie Snyder - Sept. 9, 2023, 2:44 a.m.

Could use a touch more sweetness for me, but delicious and easy!

PUL small logo PUL Team - Sept. 9, 2023, 4:39 p.m.

Hey Katie, thanks for sharing your experience with this recipe! We aim for five stars for everyone and will add a note to the dressing to hopefully help others 🌟

Franziska - Sept. 2, 2023, 12:19 p.m.

The dressing turned out quite acidic, so I added a tablespoon tahini. All in all we liked it and it was very quickly done. Next time I would probably add more veggies (carrot and edamame).

Liz - Aug. 19, 2023, 12:27 a.m.

I used bean thread noodles and they soaked up all the sauce. So if you’re using that style of noodle you’ll probably want to double the sauce. Perhaps if I’d chilled them first it wouldn’t have happened. But those noodles will keep soaking things up till they’re huge, so maybe you just need to wait until you’re actually eating to add the dressing. Doesn’t really matter because it’s all delicious either way. I also added some spice.

PUL small logo PUL Team - Aug. 19, 2023, 9:37 p.m.

Hey Liz, thanks for sharing your experience with the recipe 😊 bean thread noodles indeed can soak up liquids quite readily. Happy cooking!

sydney - Aug. 17, 2023, 1:14 a.m.

Made a version of this using soba noodles and added red bell pepper it was absolutely delicious!! The sauce is to live for!

PUL small logo PUL Team - Aug. 17, 2023, 4:24 a.m.

Woop woop! So happy to hear, Sydney, thank you 🙌

Oh, and it looks absolutely GREAT

Lise Bouwsema - Aug. 2, 2023, 11:43 p.m.

A great, simple and super flavorful recipe! Made it for lunch 3 times already this week and once you have the products you can definitely make the dish more often! Also fried tofu with it a few times for some extra filling and it was delicious! Thank you so much!

PUL small logo PUL Team - Aug. 3, 2023, 2:34 a.m.

Yayyy so happy the recipe was enjoyed, Lise, thank you 😃

Sophia Nguyen - July 22, 2023, 6:53 p.m.

So tasty I added a bit of tofu also ❤️‍🔥

Annie - July 16, 2023, 3:34 a.m.

Super tasty! Light and refreshing but hearty enough to be filling. It’s a super colorful too, it felt like a restaurant meal! I loved the crunchy texture of the vegetables contrasting with the softness of the noodles and edamame. I made the sauce without the sugar and it turned out great. This will be a great go-to meal for the future, thank you so much!

Yayy so thrilled to hear the glowing review, Annie, thank you! 😍

Julie Lorimer - July 7, 2023, 7:29 p.m.

I am obsessed with this recipe!! I can’t stop making it when I’m not sure what to have for dinner. I used a thicker stir fry noodle because that’s all I had. Having this with the noodles cold is perfect for the hot summer days!

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 8, 2023, 9:01 p.m.

Oh so lovely to hear, Julie, thank you! Stay cool out there ☀️

Alicia S. - July 4, 2023, 3:16 a.m.

This turned out so so good! I didn’t have green onions which was a bummer but it still turned out great! I was thinking about chopping some peanuts and sprinkling them over top next time! Today was really hot so it was nice to have a meal that didn’t require turning on the oven!

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 4, 2023, 4:20 a.m.

Woop woop! Thank you so much, Alicia - hope you stay cool out there ☀️

Kaitlin Triesel - June 30, 2023, 6:33 p.m.

This was so quick to make and delicious!

Shelby B - June 29, 2023, 1:07 a.m.

This is a great recipe! The edamame pods pops right out. I found it to be a little more than two servings with the noodles but so great for dinner and lunch
