Dana Annab - July 14, 2024, 9:57 p.m.

Would love to find out what equipment you used in the video to prep the veggies.

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 15, 2024, 4:12 a.m.

Hey Dana, we used a general grater, peeler, and knife. We have a couple of similar products linked in our shop here: https://www.pickuplimes.com/s… πŸ€—

Patricia - April 27, 2024, 4:24 a.m.

I made this today for lunch with gluten free udon noodles and it was absolutely delicious!

Diane Schuller - April 20, 2024, 1:19 a.m.

Delicious. I didn’t even make the sauce; instead I simply used the kimchi juice. Next time I’ll make the sauce.

Linda Sorensen Sorensen - April 14, 2024, 7:06 p.m.

What can I sub for the kimchi? Not a fan of it haha

PUL small logo PUL Team - April 15, 2024, 5:43 a.m.

Hey Linda, you could omit the kimchi or perhaps swap it with another pickled veggie like sauerkraut or pickled onions for a tangy yet slightly bold flavour πŸ€—

amber - April 11, 2024, 1:28 a.m.

not a huge fan of mayo but it turned out pretty tasty. i did add some sweet chile sauce because i love it and put it on everything.

Tiffany M - March 24, 2024, 11:53 p.m.

So delicious and so simple to put together! My picky 9 year old even enjoyed it. Thanks again for another great recipe!

Kruti - Feb. 18, 2024, 9:57 p.m.

Hey Sadie,
Any alternative for Vegan mayonnaise?
Thanks! :)

PUL small logo PUL Team - Feb. 19, 2024, 7:15 a.m.

Hey Kruti, you could try to substitute vegan mayonnaise with a dairy-free yogurt or silken tofu blended with a touch of lemon juice and salt for a creamy texture. Be sure to adjust the seasonings to taste :)

Claire White - Jan. 4, 2024, 12:02 p.m.

Really hits the (poke-adjacent) spot! I accidentally dumped too much furikake in (like a tablespoon when I tried to add a sprinkle) and it was a delicious accident.

PUL small logo PUL Team - Jan. 4, 2024, 10:27 p.m.

Hehe love the embrace of the furikake, Claire 😜 so glad the noodles were enjoyed!

sarah - Jan. 4, 2024, 12:55 a.m.

I have made this recipe multiple times and it is so darn delicious! I always make extra sauce because the sauce is amazing and i have made it with soba, rice noodles and rice, and it always runs out great!

PUL small logo PUL Team - Jan. 4, 2024, 1:52 a.m.

We're so thrilled that the recipe and sauce are being enjoyed, Sarah, thank you for taking the time to leave the review! πŸ₯°

Penn Lamb - Nov. 4, 2023, 4:43 a.m.

I love this recipe! It's quick, delicious, and filling!

Sakshi - Nov. 1, 2023, 3:15 p.m.

Any alternative noodle ideas? 😊 Thank you!

PUL small logo PUL Team - Nov. 1, 2023, 7:14 p.m.

Any pre-cooked noodle that you love should work well for this recipe, Sakshi, as long as it's pre-cooking, then drained before added to the jar. I imagine ramen noodles or soba noodles would also work great!

Jeanne Lewis - Sept. 29, 2023, 1:12 p.m.

First recipe I’ve tried from pick up limes and it was very good. I added some green bell pepper that I needed to use up and subbed rice noodles. Delicious and filling.

PUL small logo PUL Team - Sept. 30, 2023, 12:08 a.m.

Hopefully the first of many, Jeanne πŸ˜‰ so glad it was enjoyed!

Chris - Sept. 29, 2023, 5:41 a.m.

I loved the recipe! It was delicious. It was way too much food for me for one serving. I will have it for lunch tomorrow. Thanks for this recipe.

Kam - Sept. 27, 2023, 8:57 a.m.

Naouar - Sept. 22, 2023, 2:24 p.m.

I forgot to ask which store-bought kimchi noodles you recommend that I can buy here in Amsterdam or online. Thanks in advance.

PUL small logo PUL Team - Sept. 23, 2023, 4:51 p.m.

Hey Naouar, we have a recipe for homemade kimchi in case you're interested in making it yourself, otherwise your local Asian supermarket should carry it, and Albert Heijn carries it as well πŸ€—

Naouar - Sept. 22, 2023, 2:20 p.m.

Hi PUL team,

Would love to make this recipe! Looks good. I also live in Amsterdam, can you tell me where I can find the pre-cooked udon noodles?

PUL small logo PUL Team - Sept. 23, 2023, 4:48 p.m.

Hey there, Naouar, we got ours at our local Asian supermarket, but Albert Heijn carries it as well - you'll find it with the other noodles. We hope you enjoy the recipe! 😊

Ashley - Sept. 19, 2023, 6:29 p.m.

So delicious!! I just realized I forgot to add the edamame, but it was still great πŸ˜€ I'll be having it again today and will add the protein this time.

PUL small logo PUL Team - Sept. 19, 2023, 7:12 p.m.

We hope you love it with the edamame, Ashley! In case it helps, we can click on the ingredient names to cross them out as we add them 😎

Lea - Sept. 15, 2023, 9:29 p.m.

What a great recipe idea! What size of jar do you use?

PUL small logo PUL Team - Sept. 15, 2023, 10:11 p.m.

Hey Lea, we used a 1L-sized mason jar. I hope you enjoy the recipe if you're able to give it a try 😊

Ss - Sept. 15, 2023, 10:29 a.m.

Really easy and delicious!

Lea - Sept. 9, 2023, 2:55 p.m.

Perfect speedy dish! I liked it with a little more sauce. :)

asma - Sept. 7, 2023, 4:39 a.m.

Creamy and light! Perfect for summer πŸ‘ŒπŸ» I had to add extra soy sauce to feel the umami flavor

Nikki - Sept. 5, 2023, 8:16 p.m.

It was great and surprisingly filling! Next time I'll double the dressing though 😊

Jennifer R - Sept. 3, 2023, 8:06 p.m.

Any suggestions on a GF substitute for the udon noodles? I have GF soy sauce

PUL small logo PUL Team - Sept. 5, 2023, 6:02 a.m.

Hey Jennifer! Buckwheat or rice noodles are two ideas. We hope you enjoy the recipe if you give it a try πŸ€—

Tanya - Sept. 1, 2023, 8:13 p.m.

Simple and delicious! I added a bit more mayo and soy sauce, and added the ingredients in a container instead of the glass jar. Worked perfectly! Thanks team!

Issy - Aug. 27, 2023, 6:32 p.m.

I don't yet have the confidence to try making kimchi myself, are there any you recommend from the store? / Or a suitable alternative to replace it in this recipe? Thank you! Can't wait to try making this :)

PUL small logo PUL Team - Aug. 31, 2023, 2:23 a.m.

Hey Issy, any brand of kimchi that's accessible will do - we got ours from our local grocery store in the international aisle. Otherwise, you could use an alternative pickled veggie like sauerkraut or pickled onions for a similar tangy yet slightly bold flavour! πŸ™‚
