Coconut Peanut Sauce

Made this in a rush to save a bland grain bowl. It's excellent! Honestly, I was worried because I thought it tasted pretty strange on its own, but it was the star of the show once I mixed it in with the food. This'll be a go-to!

Delicious! I just increased the amount of sambal oelek to my liking (I did about 1.5 tablespoons). I’d definitely remake this one!

So quick to make! Great lime/peanut flavor we added to pasta for a quick supper.

I didn’t have hot sauce so added a few chili flakes instead

My go-to sauce! I add a bit of maple syrup too. Perfect on a nourish bowl or salad 🙌🏼
