Hope to make it soon but I have questions.
For the fresh basil, is one and half cup “packed”?
Also is it okay to substitute half the amount of cherry tomatoes with normal tomatoes 🍅? I don’t have enough 😭

10/10 😇
It tasted great on its own but the flavours
fell flat when served with pasta not sure what did I miss. 🤔 The next time I make it, I may add some Italian spice mix when adding to the pasta to give some flavours ☺️

Btw I used 1.5cups packed basils and used only cherry tomatoes as per recipe

Heyy Simran, thanks for the questions and update! Yes, the basil is measured packed, though adding more is also great! And swapping some of the cherry tomatoes for regular ones works just fine. It may change the sweetness slightly, but the pesto will still be delicious. So glad it was enjoyed!🫶
