Oh my word this recipe!!! 😍 I tasted the raw pesto right after blending it and thought gosh I’m gonna have to eat that but it’s not great - after cooking it for a few minutes with the pasta water it’s a completely different story! I’ve made it with pine nuts too, to die for! Have it on rotation, and with the vegan parm it’s absolutely delicious 😍
Only made the pesto to get rid of my kale leftovers. Easy and tasty. It's rather thick so I put in some extra oil (to replace the original recipe's cooking liquid).
I topped it with cherry tomatoes and it was really fresh on an Australian summer night

I didnt have enough almonds so added some sunflower seeds and it was still delicious. My 2year old loved it. Great recipe to sneak in some greens for kids :)
Very tasty! I used a 140-g box of baby kale blend salad greens instead of the kale, and frozen green peas instead of edamame. I was surprised at how full it kept me!
Tastes delicious, but I guess you would need a very strong blender for this one - I never managed to get a smooth pesto, the kale remained rather chewy.

I used purple sweet potato rice noodles and some additional nutritional yeast for the vegan Parmesan. It worked great and now I’m fighting off one of my cats who wants to stick her head in it.
This was lovely - new to plant based eating and this is the nicest thing I’ve made so far. Don’t skip ingredients if you can help it - the lemon for example made all the difference!
