Could you also roll this dough out with a normal rolling pin instead of the pasta maker?

Hey Gerrianne, a pasta maker helps get a thin and even dough, which can be challenging with a rolling pin alone. You're welcome to use a rolling pin if you'd like though! It'll just take a bit longer and we'd recommend rolling the dough as thin as you can 😊
