Hey Serena, soy veggie ground is a plant-based alternative resembling ground meat. It's commonly made from textured vegetable protein (TVP). Ours is from the fridge section, so we don't need to soak it beforehand. 😊

Oh cool! I don’t think we have it in Italy. Can I replace it with soaked tvp? Maybe half the amount when dry ? 🤔

Hi Serena, yes you can replace it with soaked textured vegetable protein. Since textured vegetable protein tends to absorb moisture, you might want to start with half the amount when dry and adjust as needed based on the texture and consistency you're aiming for.
