This was absolutely delicious and easy to make!! I'm definitely going to make it again, I used ricotta instead of feta as it's what I had in the fridge and I really liked the freshness of it with the warm tasty orzo ! Also, my "I don't like beans" partner was once again tricked into eating a meal full of beans and loving it! (So many of your recipe worked for that, I am starting to believe that he just doesn't like plain beans just out of a can, but that he actually likes beans in recipes!)

Simply delicious. I didn’t have any parsley, so I added a little bit of Herbes de Provence, which added a lovely Mediterranean flavor. I love how this recipe is so quick and easy to make, yet still so flavorful. Definitely adding it to our rotation!

So glad you enjoyed it, Melissa! Herbes de Provence sounds like a fantastic twist 🤗

The marriage of flavors is incredible: spicy harissa, tangy lemon, salty feta, sweet tomatoes make this dish simply addictive 😋 10/10

Arent boullian cubes unhealthy due to high sodium and chemicals, is there an alternative?

PUL small logo PUL Team - Jan. 15, 2025, 5:56 p.m.

Hi Pranav, thanks for the question! We enjoy using bouillon cubes occasionally for convenience and the burst of flavour they add. Bouillion cubes are higher in sodium and sometimes have other additives. Plant-based lifestyles including a variety of whole foods generally don’t have excess amounts of sodium, though, so we enjoy some higher-sodium meals occasionally. The cubes are also often used in meals that make several servings, so it's not as much per serving. In case it helps, the vegetable bouillon cube and water can also be substituted for equal parts vegetable stock or broth, adding salt to taste as needed if you prefer 🤗✨

Delicious, easy to make and wonderful for the winter. Also happy I could finish the harissa that was waiting in the fridge for a long time :-)
