This was absolutely delicious and easy to make!! I'm definitely going to make it again, I used ricotta instead of feta as it's what I had in the fridge and I really liked the freshness of it with the warm tasty orzo ! Also, my "I don't like beans" partner was once again tricked into eating a meal full of beans and loving it! (So many of your recipe worked for that, I am starting to believe that he just doesn't like plain beans just out of a can, but that he actually likes beans in recipes!)
Simply delicious. I didn’t have any parsley, so I added a little bit of Herbes de Provence, which added a lovely Mediterranean flavor. I love how this recipe is so quick and easy to make, yet still so flavorful. Definitely adding it to our rotation!
The marriage of flavors is incredible: spicy harissa, tangy lemon, salty feta, sweet tomatoes make this dish simply addictive 😋 10/10
Arent boullian cubes unhealthy due to high sodium and chemicals, is there an alternative?
Delicious, easy to make and wonderful for the winter. Also happy I could finish the harissa that was waiting in the fridge for a long time :-)
