This was a good and quick warm breakfast to make in the morning - thank you!
Very easy and very delicious!
Super yummy!
Super delicious 😃
This was a great lunch, and so quick! We loved the flavor and texture, and will be making this often as a new favorite.
Simple, delicious - a perfect breakfast! I work from home and often want something quick to make without compromising on flavors. This one is going into our regular rotation list.
Love this one! I recommend making more of the sauce it was a bit dry for my liking. But that is personal preference - base recipe rocks!
Added some sun dried tomato’s and onion! Delicious!
So warm and savory. This can easily be a breakfast, lunch, or dinner meal— so versatile! I’m currently eating it on a rainy summer day, but I bet it would be extra comforting on a fall morning.
Really tasty but all in all takes longer than indicated. Including cutting the vegetables it took me around 25-30 minutes
It was great
I took my first bite and it was delicious and realised I forgot the lemon and chilli and BAM! It definitely took the dish to the next level!
It's so good and easy to make😋
Just made this so simple and so good. Even hubby liked it.
Delicious and super quick and easy to make! 😃
(I mashed the chickpeas to prevent them from rolling)
I really enjoyed this but I think I will mash the chickpeas a little next time as those guys tend to roll ☺️
All good, just... the mushroom-chickpea combo won't stay on the toast! Definitely use smaller pieces of bread, otherwise you'll end up with a messy plate.
This was delish and our daughter loved it too. It made enough for me to pack some for lunch the next day. I call that a win-win!
Definitly an easy breakfast to make! Would add some more salt and less chili flakes in the future. Those chili flakes are realy spicy!
Sounds delicious! 🤤 I often made a very similarmushroom toast with cannellini or navy beans and roasted cherry tomatoes :)
Loved it! Delicious!
Nice savoury breakfast, and I love to fry mushrooms and put on toast during autumn.
I mashed the chickpeas, as I thought it would make them moist with the cream. This was not the case, and I think that the texture did not fit with the mushrooms. I will substitute the chickpeas for a softer legume (white cannellini bean, for example) or caramelised onion
Nice taste and good portion
I had this together with leftover green pea soup (also from pick up limes), and it was a very warm and comforting dinner.
Yeah this was amazing, easy and like do modifiable too. We mashed the beans so make it slightly easier to spread
This was delicious. I probably should have had this as more of a lunch option but I got home much later than anticipated and dinner it was. ❤️❤️ I got some fresh vegan bread from Wegmans and it was such a compliment. I will be making this again. It was fast and easy.
I love these toast recipes! Such a refreshing change from avo toast and it makes me feel like I’m able to enjoy cafe quality breakfasts at home
Very creamy and yummy. Although a little difficult to eat because the chickpeas kept rolling off, I really enjoyed this savory breakfast.
There is no description if the garlic needs to be minced or crushed etc. I just crushed it and it turned out fine :)
Yum! Very nice :)
Used vegan mayo instead of Cream and still tastes great!
Made this one today! Incredibly delicious and easy to make!
Made this 3 times in a row. Delicious yet simple😋
