This was incredible! I doubled the amount of garlic powder as it wasnβt enough for me. I also omitted the radishes and added some spicy mayo. So delicious! I also personally found this to be enough for three sandwiches. Iβd certainly remake for a quick and easy meal.

Absolutely delicious! Such a great lunch food. I used the filling in a wrap with lettuce and cucumber and it was perfect. Also I didn't have any onion, so I added some onion powder and that was a nice substitute!

As a vegan I am usually a bit skeptical to try 'fish' alternatives since I don't like the taste and texture of them, but I gave this a try and it was SUPERB. It is so much like tuna that I'd be fooled in a blind taste test!
I chose to grind the nori sheets which made the flavour much more uniform and served it with some sliced cucumbers on toast and it was fantastic. Thank you PUL team!

I made this recipe without the nori. It has too much of the taste of the sea for me. I thought that this was a good recipe. It was very easy to put together and make in a pinch.

I have yet to make a PUL recipe that my husband and I didn't like and this is no exception. A couple of comments: a bit too much more seaweed for my taste, so I would cut it back to about a 1/2 sheet. Also I have really good, sharp knives but found that scissors worked better in cutting the nori. I have since learned that you can also buy it flaked or shredded, which I might do next time. I served it on roasted sourdough with homemade pickled turnip and carrots and micro greens on top. Not only was it pretty but it added to the flavor. I too skipped the pickle in the recipe. Overall a nice sandwich recipes to add to the rotation.

I absolutely love this recipe (with some changes). π I skipped the celery as I'm not a fan of it and the pickles as I didn't have any. I used the PUL mayonnaise recipe, which works like a charm. After the first tasting, I added a second sheet of nori seaweed because it already tasted great, but I wanted to bring out more of the sea flavor. Added a splash of lemon juice as well. Quick and easy but full of flavor, this will be a regular for sure π

Yum! I made this for my meal prep and had to dig right in! It's not 100% there with the tuna taste for me (I used a different seaweed though whose instructions said to use it very sparingly because of the iodine content - maybe that's why!), but it's still really delicious, rich-tasting and satisfying because of the flavorful ingredients! I added a bit more onion as well as parsley to the recipe, and will also try an extra splash of lemon for extra zest. And a lettuce leaf on the sandwich just for funsies ;)

The day before I made this I decided to finally open a tin of some sort of fake tuna made from pea protein. It was okay in the sandwich. The next day I planned on using it up but decided instead to make a slightly altered version of this based on the ingredients I had with a comparison in mind. I didn't have radishes or pickles so I used capers instead. There was no comparison! This dish surpasses the tinned alternative in every way. It's absolutely delicious and I love how quick it is to whip up. My toddler loves it too and it's reassuring to know it's so nutritious. Thank you again!
