Used sweetened vanilla flavoured yogurt (no soy, coconut based) and still turned out great! Easy to make (and quick, most of the time is in the oven) if you have the sauce made already.
Lovely the dressing was really good. Portion was quite big the 3 portion could probably do 4 people.

I agree with everyone who said this was one of the best salads they've ever had! I absolutely loved the combination of seasoned baked tempeh and chickpea croutons with the crisp lettuce and super creamy flavourful dressing. Could eat on repeat!
Just wow! This was one of the best salads I ever had. I also swapped the tempeh for tofu and added pumpkin to the salad and it was perfect 👌❤️
This salad is soo good. We would add more vinegar but this is not necessary. We love the recipe 😊
That was one of the best salads I’ve had. Marinated tempeh along with the sauce and veggies was incredible. I didn’t have mayonnaise and just used more yoghurt but it was great and it didn’t lack anything. Even my partner who is flexitarian couldn’t get enough and felt satisfied afterwards! Highly recommended!
