Something about the crunchy fresh veggies and barbecue sauce dressing didn't do it for me. Ah well! I'm going to try a different dressing on my leftovers and see if I like it better
Love it! I didnβt have any bbq sauce and used a Mexican salsa - worked perfectly
Loved it!
Another great receipt !
Not my cup of tea, unfortunately. The smoky sweetness of the barbecue sauce is too overpowering, and it suppress the freshness of the veggiesπ. I think that the barbecue sauce on the chickpeas is a great way to achieve crunch, but as an ingredient together with coconut yoghurt does not work. It is a nice salad in terms of veggie variety, and I would like to experiment with a different dressing
very good! I think I easily could have doubled the amount of chickpeas and been happy. the barbecue sauce dressing was new for me, I liked it the first couple times but as I worked through the leftovers it started to get a bit old.
Adored this recipe.. I didn't have BBQ sauce so I added siracha and it was divine!!! This app is so good. Love love love!!!!
Delicious! Love the toasted walnuts in this recipe. The recipe could use a little editing like "drain and rinse chickpeas" and the corn is missing from the "make" feature so I was making the salad and got to the end and saw there was corn in there but it wasn't listed on the first page of prep work. I figured it out though. Wonderful recipe and will make again!
Made this for a pack lunch for work, was quick to make and tastes amazing! Love the app too
Loved this! Was honestly even great the next day.
Superb! I added tempeh bacon and used buffalo sauce in the dressing. Add flatbread, and this is a tasty meal for two. Reminded me of the salads I used to get as a kid at the Pizza Hut salad bar, so extra star for nostalgia.
Great recipe, but I guess on step 2 when making it should say " add all of the cooked chickpeas " instead of roasted ones.
So tasty! For BBQ lovers like me this is heaven π
Amazing!!
Overall it was good but not my favorite simply because it was too sweet. Next time I would make the BBQ sauce from scratch instead of a store bought one or find one in the store that contains much less sugar.
Delicious, but slightly sweet for me so added flakes salt on top. Would reduce bbq sauce slightly next time. Super easy.
Delicious! I love the tangy dressing and how well it pairs with the veggies and chickpeas. Only change I made was to add some pickled jalapenos. I will definitely be making this again!
Delicious π
Just a few notes:
-According to the recipe the tomatoes should be halved, but on the pictures they are quartered
-When prepping the veggies while the chickpeas bake it takes only 25 minutes :)
-The recipe is supposed to make 4 servings, but I'd say it's like 3 servings (but maybe me and hubby only eat a lot π)
My chickpeas exploded in the oven lol (everyone safe, dinner also safe). I wonder why...
This is the first recipe I tried from the app! It was delicious and really easy. I roasted the corn on the stovetop while I waited for the chickpeas to cook.
Delicious! Easy! Light but full of good nutrients. ππΌ
Very good! Make sure you roast the chickpeas on a large pan and spread them out so they get crispy!
Quick, easy, packed with flavor, this is going to be a new regular meal for me! Iβll probably increase the amount of chickpeas a bit in the future.
So easy and tasty!! Perfect for lunch
It becomes a little too sour for me!
But adjusting the lemon juice makes it perfect!
A super simple salad that tastes like a super deluxe meal that took you a long time to cook; that's winning! I often throw in a red onion and some other vegetables I still have in the oven as well, delicious!
Loved how quick and easy this was!! I just prepped all the other ingredients while the chickpeas were in the oven and then threw them on top of the salad. Super yummy. I didnβt have a coconut yogurt on hand, only a Greek style yogurt. It ended up being a smidge too tangy with the lemon so I recommend going with what they put. But it was still delicious for how easy this recipe is!
Such a quick and easy dinner with incredible flavors. My partner and I could not stop commenting about how good it is! I will be making this again and again. Thanks for sharing, PUL!
The salad is full of taste and surprise :) amazing!
