Yes! Delicious! And I love the use of fonio. The more people eat fonio, teff and sorghum, the more feasible it'll be for farmers in Africa to change from the European grain varieties back to the African varieties. Which will be much better for the soil health and water management! So everyone make this delicious food and buy African grains please!
