So easy and so delicious! I put a bit less of harissa to the cauliflower, however I added a bit to the tahini sauce, along with a bit of salt, and it was just perfect! Thank you PUL for one more yummy recipe 😊

That sounds like a great tweak, Olga, so glad the dish was enjoyed 🫶

Super tasty I wished I had another cauliflower

I pair this with the coconut cardamom rice from another PUL recipe noms!

Omg this recipe is too good!! Absolute chefs kiss 🤌😘

So good! I actually made homemade harissa separately and then made homemade hummus as a topping, using the up the rest of the harissa on top of the hummus! Turned out great :)

Absolutely delicious! I used tomato paste and cayenne pepper instead of harissa.
I looooved the tahini lemon maple dressing!

Amy Shorner-Johnson - March 24, 2024, 3:18 p.m.

I am only finding harissa in powder form- is there a way to make up for the “sauce” part or make harissa powder into a sauce?

PUL small logo PUL Team - March 24, 2024, 8:35 p.m.

Hey Amy, you can use harissa powder instead. It may be worthwhile to start with less (such as just 2 tsp for 4 servings) and add more to taste with oil if needed. Sometimes powders can be a tad more concentrated and have an extra kick to them 😊

Katia Guzman - March 23, 2024, 12:21 a.m.

Another winner. Didn’t have harissa sauce so I used chipotle sauce from a previous recipe. Looking forward to making this again.

Ooo that sounds lovely, Katia! So happy to hear it was enjoyed 🤗

Delicious! We didn't have parsley, so used mint instead, and still very tasty.

Eirini P - March 8, 2024, 9:55 a.m.

First time I use harissa in a recipe and I confirm it is hot. :) Luckily, I was cautious and added half the amount from the recipe. ;) I served with lettuce, avocado and a bit of yogurt in tortilla wraps. Tastylicious! The juicy pomegranate seeds added an unexcpected sweet and crunchy effect to the dish. Loved them!

Ooo welcome to the world of harissa, Eirini! So glad that the cauliflower was enjoyed :)

Shannan Pulkowski - March 3, 2024, 11:54 p.m.

Delicious! Would definitely make this again, and try it with pomegranate seeds. They were too expensive to buy at this time . Or perhaps replace the maple syrup with pomegranate syrup.. that could work?!
I added a can of chickpeas for the last 10 minutes in the oven. And air fried herb tofu for extra protein. Can’t wait to eat it again tomorrow ! Lol

We're thrilled you enjoyed it, Shannan! Using pomegranate syrup could work, although it may not provide the same level of sweetness as maple syrup. Let us know how it goes if you give it a try! Adding chickpeas and air-fried herb tofu for extra protein sounds delicious too 😃

Tanja Gjorgjievska - Feb. 4, 2024, 9:51 p.m.

I cannot find harissa paste in my country, so what would you recommend for its substitution

Thank you in advance❤

PUL small logo PUL Team - Feb. 4, 2024, 10:54 p.m.

Hey Tanja, you can indeed use an alternative chili paste or sauce, such as sambal oelek or sriracha. We'd recommend giving the cauliflower a taste and adding more if needed when flipping the cauliflower halfway 🙂

Yara - Feb. 5, 2024, 5:25 a.m.

I think you could use red curry paste or sambal oelek.
