We really enjoyed this dish. We added sliced zucchini and sliced red onion to the skewers. It made for a yummy skewer. The red pesto was delicious! We served this with brown rice. Also, we roasted a crown of broccoli 475 for 5 minutes added some olive oil salt and pepper and any spice you like! We will definitely make this again and will also make this for company. Another blessed recipe! ♥️🇨🇦

Make this right now!!!!!! OMG!!!! This has to be one of my favorites so far! I canNOT believe this hasn't been rated yet. I used gf gnocchi for my daughter and zucchini instead of pepper. Such a hit with my family. I have leftovers so tomorrow we will stir fry it and drizzle the sauce over. I made coconut rice and roll on tomorrow, I can't wait!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
