Delicious! Was expecting to have some leftovers but we ate some before they got to the table. I added cumin instead of garlic powder because we had just ran out of it but they were amazing! Already looking forward to having them again!

So glad that the potato wedges were enjoyed, Valery! We often don't have leftovers of this dish either 😜

These are undoubtedly the BEST potatoes I’ve ever eaten…😱. Made these almost every week over the summer and they were devoured within minutes. Thank you, PUL!

I was out of basil so I used some dried chives on hand- SO good! 10/10

Amanda Eriksson - Aug. 15, 2024, 12:30 p.m.

Loved it! This is going to be my go-to way of baking potatoes from now on!

Poiven Capp - July 30, 2024, 5:56 a.m.

I loved these! I cook for one so I boiled and seasoned the potatoes then kept them in my fridge, baking one batch a day. each batch was perfect, I couldn't tell a difference between the first and the last. loved the lemon mayo!

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 31, 2024, 4:48 a.m.

Yay thanks for sharing your experience with the potato wedges, Poiven!

Shilpy Agarwal - Sept. 4, 2024, 3:41 a.m.

Interesting way to make them prepped to use. Do you keep them in the freezer?

Poiven Capp - Sept. 8, 2024, 2:15 p.m.

I kept them in the fridge and made them all within a few days. no idea if they would freeze well, haven't tried it.

Chaya - July 5, 2024, 7:04 a.m.

Edna Neves - June 18, 2024, 10:39 p.m.

Well, let me just say that was a HUGE success in our home!
Thank you for the recipe!

Elise M. - May 22, 2024, 7:46 p.m.

The best potato wedges I tried 🤯🤤 they are really crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.. absolutely delicious. Basil and parmesan topic is bringing it to the next level 🔥
Don't skip the boiling part in the beginning , pretty sure it is the secret step to get the perfect texture 😄

PUL small logo PUL Team - May 23, 2024, 3:49 a.m.

Aww what a big compliment, Elise! So happy to hear you enjoyed the potatoes 🙌

Suzy B. - April 24, 2024, 6:44 p.m.

Super delicious! I did mine in the airfryer for 14 minutes. Added a touch more salt because I have a salty tooth, but it was great flavours!

Charlotte - April 21, 2024, 12:28 a.m.

Oh my gosh, this recipe was a gamechanger! I've now upped my potato wedge game and there's no going back! Parboiling for 5 minutes before putting them in the oven made a huge difference to the texture and level of satisfaction. Paired with the lemon mayo, this recipe was dreamy! Thank you so much. ❤️

PUL small logo PUL Team - April 22, 2024, 2:53 a.m.

So thrilled to hear you loved the potato wedges, Charlotte! Parboiling does wonders for achieving that perfect texture. It's great that the lemon mayo was a hit too☺️

Violet - April 11, 2024, 2:58 p.m.

These are very close to how we usually make them! Made them yesterday and the recipe is delicious as always. Instead of parboiling I cooked the potatoes in the oven for 45 minutes. I chopped some fresh basil and put it in the lemon mayonaise. Very tasty!

PUL small logo PUL Team - April 11, 2024, 6:23 p.m.

Mmm sounds lovely, Violet! So glad the potatoes were a success 🙌

Michelle - April 10, 2024, 8:18 p.m.

These were excellent.

Hannah C. Rosenblatt - April 10, 2024, 7:50 p.m.

Made them on a bed of spinach with avocado instead of the sauce - so good. ✨

Sofia - April 9, 2024, 11:15 p.m.

Spontaneously saw this and made them. So yummy! The herbs and spices were perfect. 240 Celsius for 12 minutes in the air fryer 😋

PUL small logo PUL Team - April 9, 2024, 11:45 p.m.

Yay! So happy to hear, Sofia, thanks for sharing your experience with the potatoes wedges 🥰

Preethi - April 11, 2024, 1:11 a.m.

Thanks for the air fryer specs, Sophia :) will be very useful while making smaller batches on a week night!

Preethi - April 9, 2024, 4:48 a.m.

Okay, these look SO good. _Cannot_ wait to try them!! Thanks, PUL Team.

Just one question tho - would you mind specifying which potatoes you used here? This is a doubt I've had in most of your recipes containing potatoes 😔

PUL small logo PUL Team - April 10, 2024, 12:15 a.m.

Hey there, Preethi, we use potatoes labelled as "iets kruimig" (somewhat starchy) here in The Netherlands. New potatoes, Yukon Gold, or red potatoes would also work well to make potato wedges! We hope you enjoy the wedges if you give it a try 🫶

Preethi - April 11, 2024, 4:27 p.m.

Thanks, Sadia/PUL Team 🥰
