Vegan BLT Pasta Salad

Really tasty! I baked the tempeh in the oven and thought it was a bit much bbq sauce, would use more like 120 ml instead of 180. The sauce is delicious, but has a very intense smell. So take that into account if you're bringing the pasta salad somewhere 😅

This is absolute favorite. I just updated used ranch sauce I have in the recipe instead of mayo and ranch mix. Every recipe I tried is filling which is great . I also love the nourish feature. I am using this app to eat more veggie and nutritious. It is just awesome!!

It was alright but I didn't vibe with it too much, not sure why. It didn't feel special. I loved the ranch dressing though!

Delicious! I was skeptical at the vegan ranch but it works in this salad. Subbed pasta for gluten free pasta and found bbq marinated tofu at my grocery store which made the process even easier! I plan to mix all the ingredients, except romaine for now, and store in the fridge for meal prep.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I never liked tempeh but I’ve seen a tip somewhere to place the tempeh in boiling water and it takes out some of the bitterness and it works so this recipe is going to be a regular one

Yummy and easy! We used smoked and seasoned tempeh, so I omitted the bbq sauce.

What is a switch for tempeh? I have no idea where to find it in my country.. a chicken perhaps (for non-vegan)?

Hey Ksenya, any protein can do 🤗 some ideas are tofu, seitan, or mock meats!

A true favourite! We make it with cooked whole buckwheat to make it gluten-free and it’s a hit.

Fast and very tasty dish. Perfect for summer and BBQs.

Very easy recipe and it was faster than I thought. Also great for leftover veggies :)
