Can you use frozen potato peels for this? We don’t eat potatoes that often but if we do and save the peels until we have enough, this may be great to make in bulk

Hii Kim, oou what a great idea! Frozen potato peels should work though we haven't tested them ourselves to say for certain. If you give it a try, I'd recommend thawing them first and patting them as dry as possible with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Then toss them with the oil and seasoning and bake as directed. They may need a few extra minutes in the oven to crisp up, just keep an eye on them. Do let us know how it goes if you try it out! 🥔💛

My grandmother grew up in Spain around the time of the Spanish Civil War, and she always said that eating potato peels was something people did because they had no choice. It’s fascinating to see how ingredients like this are now being used creatively today.

Never throwing away potato peels ever again! (And my veggie stock will also have to go without...) Crazy good potato chips on my second try - first one burned to charcoal following the instructions, but my oven tends to overheat. For future reference: 185C and 15-20 mins worked perfectly though.
