I mashed the beans, fenikel, tomatoes and orange with a mixer and smeared it as a paste on the pita bread. I used kesam instead of soya yoghurt, it transtlates it as cottage cheese, but it is not, natural kvarg (norwegian). I used normal white beans as I didnāt find the other, and I cut at pear on top instead of avocados. Delicious!
That was lovely - filling and satisfying.
What could I use instead of cilantro in this recipe? (I think I can replace the harissa powder with just harissa paste, but I have no idea for the cilantro!)
