Everyone in the comments is on about how good the mango chutney is, but I used homemade strawberry chutney in this recipe just because I had a jar open, so I unfortunately missed out on that element of the dish this time. Apart from that, it's a really easy and simple recipe, great for weeknight dinner.

My family gave 2 thumbs up for this recipe, especially the mango chutney.
I made serving as per 4 people but the quantitywas a little less . My family needs 1 1/2 cauliflower heads and double the amount of salsa.

This is an amazing, complete and coherent dish. I love the warm heat from the spices, the fresh kick from the lovely chutney and the crunch from the crisp vegetables. Although there are several steps, each of them is simple. I also appreciate that there is minimal mess; the chutney is not too loose or liquid, which is an advantage

The mango chutney is amazing, I am sure we will use it again in other meals. I replaced califlower with potatoes and it was great as well.
We liked this the next day even more. We did not have pita so we used wheat tortillas. The mango chutney will become a staple.
This was delicious, I modified since we don’t eat onion and garlic and it still came out finger licking. It was a teenager approved dinner. I love this app, so easy to use and convenient to stick to my goal.

Enjoyed it has a bit of a spicy kick . Used it over a rice bowl instead of a pita. For convenience used frozen mango for the chutney. Another great recipe!
This is truly delicious and fairly simple to make! The roasted veg is very tasty, but the mango chutney is what really makes this as five star dinner!
