Made this today and it’s my favourite PUL recipe so far and that says alot!! So delicious and filling, I ate 2 servings in one sitting oops 🤭 Thank you PUL team for all your work on this app🍀🫶🏻
Delicious and easy recipe…I used chickpea pasta which seemed to absorb all of the sauce quickly and not coat it enough. Next time I’ll make double the sauce to remedy this issue. Aside from that it was very good.
Such a unique combination of flavors. I love that you manage to incorporate healthy ingredients, like beans, nutritional yeast, and spinach, into a pasta dish. Swapped lemon for lime, worked great!
Very delicious and simple! I used frozen spinach and it worked just fine, only next time I'll add more :)
Nice!!
Creamy and tasteful❤️
Très très sympa !
Sympa pour une plâtré rapide. Pour la prochaine fois Je pense qu'il faudra mettre le double de tomates séchées
Absolutely incredible!!! I have no words to describe how tasty, creamy and nourishing this dish is! Lemon is a must for balancing flavours😉. I substituted most of the beverage with an oat cooking cream (had to top up with barista oat beverage though) for extra creaminess
Very delicious. However I'd swap the milk with soy/oat cuisine to make it creamier/saucier
Absolutely delicious 🤩 I couldn’t help myself and had to use a spatula to make sure no sauce went to waste 😋
Yummy <3 I didn't have spinach so I changed it for kale and it worked well. At first, one portion seemed a bit small but as soon as I started to eat I knew it would be more than enough. It's so filling. I'll definitely make it again.
Delicious 🤤
Amazing! I was craving some recipe with sun-dried tomato and this was great.
Really tasty! Also great for mealprep
Didn’t expect this to be this good tbh 😅 But it was delicious, the flavors were just right ❤️
simple, wholesome, and delicious. love this recipe!
This has become a regular dish in my routine, love the recipe, thank you ❤️
One of my favourite recipes! yum. Make sure you use the largest pan you have.
First time making this. It was delicious. Will make it again.
I couldn't find Harissa paste anywhere, so I used 1Tbsp tomato paste and mixed in Harissa spice mix. I also didn't have butter beans, so i substituted them with pinto beans. It worked well.
Next time, I will add a handful more spinach and a little less milk since the souce was a bit on the runny side for my taste.
P.S. Is there any option when adding a meal to nurish to include such substitutions?
Great flavour, easy to make, will definitely make it again!
I topped it with some parmesan, basil and red chili flakes. Highly recommend.
Very tasty, easy and fast to make! Just what I was looking for :)
I’ve already made this three times, it’s so good!
Nice flavor combination even without harissa (I didn't have any). Love the lemony taste. I replaced the butter beans with cannellini beans, because that's what I had. Definitely will be making this again! Easy and delicious. 😋
Absolutely delicious!!!! I used kale since it’s all I had. I could of easily ate two full portions for myself 😂😍
Lovely 😍 and toddler approved
So, I’ll probably revise later, but I’ll announce my mistake as a caution to other hasty cooks. Our baby went nuts over this dish but my husband and I were surprisedly underwhelmed. When I asked how he felt about it, he asked what was it about the dish that made it sweet. I honestly don’t know, we don’t use sweetened or flavored milk. But, after reviewing the recipe I realized I completely forgot the final step, totally MY fault. I somehow completely left out the lemon, parsley and pepper. We grow both lemons and parsley outside and didn’t have them in the kitchen, out of site out of mind, I guess. Also, we used the make feature and I guess I just skipped it. I think this last step is essential. Even though I don’t think my review can give a fair assessment of how good this dish is, hopefully it can serve as a reminder to pay attention to what you’re doing, and to double check the recipe. PUL has been pretty reliable with the flavor combinations, and I wish I had double checked as soon as we took our first meh bite.
Most definitely my new favourite pasta dish. This will be a firm regular on our meal plans. 😋
This was amazing! Great flavours and loved the addition of the butter beans. I added mushrooms too.
My new go-to pasta recipe! Easy to make and flavorful. The lemon zest was just enough to brighten up the dish. Will be adding this to my dinner rotation.
Delicious!
Oooh so good AND easy to put together. If you have low spice tolerance (like me) use less harissa, like maybe half the amount. I didn’t have any butter beans on hand, so I added chickpeas instead—good alternative!
This is one of the best pasta dishes in the app! So flavorful and satisfying.
So full of taste.
I needed a quick but nutritious meal and I absolutely love this recipe.
It’s a perfect example how delicious and easy vegan food can be.
Highly recommended!
Truly delicious! I have been using the app for about 5 months now and I love that I am constantly exploring new combinations and flavors through your recipes!
What gives it the smokey flavour? Yummm! 😋
Loved it very much!!!
So good! My first recipe from the app and I’m excited to try more. Very fast and easy to make!
So yummy and so easy to make! My family enjoyed it! I used gochujang sauce in place of the harrisa sauce and cannellini white beans instead of butter beans because that's what I had on hand. Definitely making again!
Just loved it 💕
So hearty, comforting, wholesome and delicious! This is going to be a regular in our home :)
Thank you for this one, team!
Made this for lunch. Very easy to put together and I loved the zest of lemon. We substituted the harissa for tomato sauce since my kids can't handle the spice. They both enjoyed! Successful!!
I made it for lunch today and we liked it. My husband described it as „edgy“, because the smokey flavor and lemon zest were very pronounced. I used a bit drained oil from the tomatoes to sauté the onion and garlic - the recipe did not mention any oli?
Quick and tasty. The sauce came together really nicely. I made some substitutions based on what I had in the pantry, but it still worked well. Family approved.
