Main

This pasta combines vibrant flavours with the beautiful, ruffled mafaldine pasta, known for its wavy edges that hold the sauce perfectly. Sautéed zucchini, cannellini beans, and sun-dried tomatoes are tossed in a silky, rich sauce, while fresh lemon, basil, and a hint of chili add a zesty finish. It's a light yet satisfying pasta dish.

Absolutely amazing!

This was a delicious dish. It was quick and tasty and pared well with a big salad. I used chickpea pasta to add a bit more protein. The leftovers were even better after marinating in that lemony sauce.

So glad you enjoyed it, Shen, love the idea of using chickpea pasta for an extra protein boost 💛

Simple and delicious at the same time. It’s a great way to get some vegetables in.

This was wonderful! We used some zucchini from the garden which was lovely and the dish turned out very saucy and flavourful. We'll be making this one all summer long.

Trish the Canadian! - July 2, 2025, 5:22 a.m.

We loved this dish! Easy to put together as many others has said. We would have liked a little more lemon juice and zest and double the sun dried tomatoes as the sweet pot was nice! We have a lemon pasta here in the US and it added the lemon flavour to this. Absolutely delish! So grateful for your cooking guidance! I am excited! ♥️🇨🇦

So happy to hear you loved it, Trish, adding extra lemon and sun-dried tomatoes sounds like a delicious twist! Thanks for cooking along with us 🍋

Super yummy and pretty easy to make too! Only hick up for me was that the garlic came a bit surprising, the chopping of that could have been part of Step Zero :)

Loved this, will be making it again for sure!

Amanda B - June 20, 2025, 2:19 a.m.

Bright and tasty. Love the flavor. Just a heads up, mincing the garlic is not in the make along slide for prep. Caught it just before I added the onions to the pan!

Ridiculously easy and good.

Hi PUL team! I'm about to make this recipe, and I just wanted to provide a little feedback. I've noticed the directions are not nearly as detailed as they used to be on a lot of recipes. Something I noticed in this recipe is that it's not indicated what heat to sauté the veggies at (low, medium, medium-high, etc). I'm experienced in the kitchen, so I can make an educated guess, but others that are just beginners may be confused. Cheers!

Thanks so much for your thoughtful feedback, Vallen, we really appreciate it! That was definitely an oversight on our part, our apologies - we've just updated the recipe to include the temp. Hope you love the pasta and happy cooking 💛

Vallen - June 17, 2025, 6:41 a.m.

No need to apologize! We made the dish and it was delicious :) Added some mushrooms and arugula, just for fun - yum!

Easy, fast, delicious! Another favorite!

Terhi - June 14, 2025, 2:01 a.m.

Creamy and delicious! Also, very simple to make, which I always appreciate. 😊 Thank you for yet another nice recipe! 😋

Beautiful! Perfect combination of comfort and fresh, summery flavours.

Alex - June 10, 2025, 7:58 p.m.

Quite good! This is definitely one where the quality of the produce will take you a long way. The zucchinis I got from the local supermarket were not that great, but the recipe was still very tasty and easy. Easily a 5 star if you have fresh, good produce!

Angela Fitton - June 13, 2025, 1:40 a.m.

So why lose a star because you didn't get fresh produce??? Doesn't make sense.
