Loved this! Quick, easy and packed full of veggies 🌽

So good. At first thought it was a lot for just the two of us and said whatever we don’t eat we can save. Well we put our heads down and when we came up dishes were empty🀀

Swapped in edamame for the peas, and used a few extra tomatoes as they're in season. Very much my kind of flavors, and very easy to put together. I started with a smaller amount of lemon as mentioned as my lemons were a bit big, and that ended up being enough.

This is absolutely divine ✨️ I love it so much. It's tangy zesty citrusy and I love every bite!

I'm trying to cling on to the summer and this dish is summer in a bowl πŸ˜„ There's a bit of chopping to do, but then everything comes together quickly. It's so beautifully savoury with a bit of sweetness from the corn and tomatoes and peas are just my favourite veg. I do have the second portion to one side as I wanted to try it tomorrow and see how well it kept, but I might just have to eat it now πŸ˜‚

Hi Rob! Love capturing the essence of summer in a bowl - it's hard to resist even as the seasons change. Happy cooking πŸ€—

This is a 10 out of 5. So delicious. Even though i couldn't get the corn to do ribs, they were just coming off individually. But so great. Thank u so much.

Remember to thaw the peas first! Very good!

Absolutely delicious! My boyfriend really likes lemon. I added the lemon as mentioned in one of the comments (2tbs as 1 lemon). It was a bit too lemony for him. Not for me though! Also made the pesto, it was a big hit and will definitely make it more often!

Thanks for sharing your experience with the recipe, Michelle! 😊

I loved this dish. Very lemony. Which was fine for me. But if I made it for guests, Iβ€˜d use half the amount of lemon juice.

Such a flavour packed, vibrant, tasty meal! We especially loved the addition of sweetcorn cut straight from the cob and sun-dried tomatoes. Always big fans of anything pesto! πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸŒΏ

Great recipe, I'll definitely make it again. For me, 2 lemons (I made 4 servings) was waaaay too much. I wish I could add a private note to this recipe for myself. I'm saving it in my favourites, and I'll def come back to it. Is there any way for me to add a note that I should use less lemon juice that the recipe calls for?

PUL small logo PUL Team - June 18, 2024, 10:21 p.m.

Hi Justyna, thanks for sharing your experience with the recipe and the question. You can indeed add private personal notes by clicking on a recipe > clicking into the "directions" tab > scrolling down slightly > and then pressing the green "add personal note" button.

In case your lemon is also on the large side, a lemon yields approximately 20 mL (2 Tbsp) of lemon juice for us πŸ€—

Thank you for your response! If one lemon is 2 tbsp, it explain a lot haha I won't make that mistake again now :)

Summer yum! I feel like I could add the corn kernels raw to the pot. Our local corn is so tender and sweet and the crunch would be a nice contrast.

erica bulow - June 12, 2024, 1:20 a.m.

Used canned corn and it was pretty good. Definitely quick.
