Very wholesome meal! I didn't have pees or asparagus , but just with zucchini and mushrooms it was already delicious ! I added a drop of truffle oil on top of it was very tasty !
What a scrumptious meal! Didn't have mushrooms in the house, so used a large zucchini. 10/10! For spice fans, adding lao gan ma was a nice accompaniment ^^
It‘s very delicious! I omitted the mushrooms and didn‘t miss a thing. Next time I‘ll reduce the amount of cooking cream and substitute with a little more pasta water.

I can’t find a plant based cooking cream in stores. Could I make my own by mixing 2 parts soy milk to 1 part olive oil and get similar results? Or do you have any suggestions? Thank you!

I love this pasta! Just finished my plate! I used white button mushrooms because I could not find trumpets ANYWHERE and it still turned out fabulous! Definitely going to make this a go to weeknight dinner! So good!

It’s very important you have soy cream or non coconut cream. I had a hard time finding anything other than coconut cream which made it sweet.

Made this tonight for our 25th anniversary dinner and it was a big hit! Husband and daughter loved it, especially with the mushrooms - used regular oyster mushrooms which worked well. Another great recipe!
Well, I started to cook this recipe and then realized that i do not have cooking cream an mushroom. Never mind, i used some cooking water from the pasta instead of the cream and left out the musrooms. Still a tasty dish :)

It will be my 3rd time tonight making this recipe. It is so good and tastes like it belongs in a top restaurant. I will definitely make this the next time we have guests. Last time I could only find frozen mushrooms that looked similar and worked ok when combined with a couple of normal brown ones. I think the separate frying with the salt is the key. Hopefully we can get hold of them today. If not we might try a mixture of normal closed cup mushrooms and oyster mushrooms.

Tastes great! I didn’t have asparagus so I switched it out for tender stem broccoli which I think probably worked just as well. Would definitely recommend making this, so easy too!
