This was delicious! I would skip the toasted peppercorn step next time, opting for lots of fresh cracked pepper in the sauce instead.

Le tofu doit plus être là pour son apport nutritionnel mais ma sauce a tranché donc je pense faire une simple sauce blanche la prochaine fois. Et j'ai trouvé qu'il y en avait une trop grande quantité
I was looking for a recipe that used tofu and cauliflower that we had in our fridge and this recipe is going in our rotation of meals. The polenta could be it’s own star but the pepper sauce are amazing.
Yet another winner! Polenta can be so boring, but this creamy number gives it a whole other side.
We didn’t have silken tofu, so I replaced it with soaked cashews. Had to play around with the amounts a bit to get the consistency right, but the taste was great.
