This is so tasty! We never had butter beans before but glad we found them and this recipe! Simply delicious!
Very tasty - this would be a good weeknight dish for company
This was really good!
Love this addictive sauce so much! Fantastic combination.
Truly amazing !
Sooooo goood! I didn’t have fresh basil so I did 1/8 c dried. I love this, but I may have to cut the lemon juice down for my husband or make it as a personal hiking or kayaking meal.
Any suggestions for a soy cooking cream substitute? I haven’t been able to find that in Australia. Thanks!
Really easy, really delicious! Great for date night
I wanted something simple and fresh for a warm summers day as my parents were coming for dinner.
Yummy yummy yummy we loved it.
My Dad told me 3 times…”that was really tasty” I followed it to the letter apart from adding a few edamame beans as I was a few butter beans short. Garlic bread as a side, so good.. it’s going to be a regular meal on our table.
Thanks again PUL for an absolutely delicious dish 🙏
Another slam dunk by the PUL-team! This was soooo delicious! I’d had this on my list of ‘must try-recipes’ for a while now and I’m so happy I finally made it. Surprisingly easy, but tastes PHENOMENAL! Full of fresh flavours which makes it perfect for summer :)
I immediately forwarded the recipe to some friends - that’s how good it was!
Super yummy!! I loved this!
Yum, just yum! Nice balance of herbs.
I loved it! It's such a nice twist on lemon pasta, I will definitely make it again 😍.
10 out of 10, my husband and I loved this one! 😋
Yummy. Would recommend much less pasta than recipe indicates. Put in all the lemon juice - adds a great balance. While we are not nutritional yeast fans - it adds a thicker, ever so slightly cheesy flavor to the sauce which was nice.
Very flavorful and delicious. This is definitely going in the rotation.
Very good and filling. I made it for dinner last night, and I'm excited for leftovers for lunch today 😋 I'm not a big fan of artichoke but your recipes motivate me to try this veg in different ways.
Delicious!!
Fergalicious (so delicious)
Hello, I love you , but I HATE dill. Please tell me with spring onions chives will it work ? Or if not, what use instead ? Dzięki !
Delicious! I love the creaminess, herby, and tangy flavor of the sauce of this recipe. I also used coconut cream and it turned out great.
Really delicious- didn’t have butter beans so used cannellini beans and didn’t have soy cooking cream so used coconut cream. The lemon adds a wonderful zesty flavor and the pine nuts are the perfect bite or added texture to the dish. The overall dish is slightly creamy and light. Could see this being great for a cozy meal warm or a cooler light summer meal.
Wonderfully delicious!
I just made it and it is sooooo good! Instant favourite.
Funky but so yummy (made with red miso)
Its a good pasta just not my thing.
If you are looking for a original pasta dish try this one!
I love artichoke but not this way apparently
Lovely flavours and quick to make
Love the lemony note and dill combination. Also, I discovered I like artichokes :)
Quick and easy to make too.
So tasty! Love this. It’s a nee favourite and so easy to make as well.
Fave
The pine nuts brought this dish to another level (drizzled abit of spicy chile oil to give it an extra kick). We loved the bursting flavors, it was refreshing and absolutely delicious!!
Stunning dish. My first time eating artichokes and I thoroughly loved it. Definitely a recipe we are keeping on repeat
Loved the flavours 😋 swapped for frozen spinach and sunflower seeds instead of pine nuts for a budget friendlier option 😊
Very delicious
Very tasty! Anyone else take more time to prep and cook recipes? It usually takes me 1.5-2 times longer than the suggested time to prep and cook everything. If this you, you are not alone :) for the cooking cream, I blended half a cup of cashews and half a cup of hot water (+2 tbsp) after soaking for 15 minutes and that has been working out great so far!
Des pâtes réconfortantes et crémeuses, encore une recette qui change les habitudes. Sympa pour un dîner simple
Oh come on, there has to be a recipe I don't like!!!
Very different recipe, a lot of varied ingredients, I made it with Gluten Free pasta and swapped out the vegan cream (I didn't have any), for greek yogurt, I'm vegetarian, worked very well. Just love this app.
My boyfriend and I love love love this recipe! We make it all the time, also for our friends who love it too 🥰
This is so good. I didn't have the fresh ingredients. But with dried herbs and spinach from the freezer it also works. It was soooo gooood! So creamy and flavourfull Can't wait to make it again
Great flavors! Mine smelled odd when I first added the cooking cream (I could only find coconut based cooking creams), but once the recipe was done, it tasted great. I really like the butter beans in this 👍
One of the few recipes in the app that I don't like... But it was easy to make :)
Soooo yummy! The lemon ties everything together perfectly!
We enjoyed the pasta for lunch this week along with a green salad and we liked it quite a lot. Maybe I add some lemon zest next time.
The tastes were balanced, despite the use of quite some lemon. The recipe was clear and easy to use.
There maybe was not enough protein (beans) to give you the satisfaction of having eaten enough. I made 3 servings for 2 people.
I generally am not a lemon-pasta fan, but would definitely advice the pasta-lover to give this a go as it might surprise you.
Artichoke is something I don’t usually cook with. I love to incorporate all types of greens in my food so I will definitely keep this recipe saved because it tasted really well.
This dish was wonderfully delicious. The tangy creaminess combined with the freshness of the herbs makes this one of my favourite pasta dishes. ✨
I made this recipe for dinner and it’s so delicious! I didn’t have shallots on me so I used half and onion and would like to try it with leeks next time. I also didn’t have fresh basil or dill unfortunately (just used what I had but would have loved to add fresh herbs) so I used dried dill and basil and it still turned out great. Will definitely be making this again!
Soo good!! 😍 didnt have artichokes but it was still amazing. Instead of cream I used blended cashew nuts + hummus which turned out great! (Not as creamy maybe). For me the sauce was a bit too sour after the lemon, so I would recommend not to pour it all in at once but little at a time and taste! I balanced out the sourness by adding more hummus and some honey! ❤️
Delish!! This was my fist recipe in the app. I didn’t have all the ingredients and it still tasted amazing.
I subbed in coconut creamer, gluten free noodles from Trader Joe’s, added one more lemon and more dill. I can’t wait to make this for potluck.
So tasty!
Amazing x 4938828181
Yummy.
Only problem: I ended up eating most of what was suppose to be leftovers 😋
Artichokes are my weakness 🤤🤤🤤 the taste was amazing but personally for me it got a bit too sour after i put the necessary amount of lemon juice ☺️ but it’s all about the taste buds 😅 i never enjoy too sour dishes 😄
Before lemon i loved the sauce more 👌👩🍳
This was so delicious! I love how different it was. Not your ordinary pasta. My family absolute loved it too. Your app is incredible so far. Thank you for all the hard work you put in!
DELICIOUS!
This is amazing. Totally loved it. Also made a version with asparagus… yum. I also added extra lemon Thank you 🙏🥰
Delicious!
I loved this recipe!! Really tasty
Good pasta! Very tasty
I love how herby and fresh it is:) pasta with beans is great!
Delicious! My whole family enjoyed it, including 2 fussy kids and nobody complained about veggie night!
Easy, quick, and delicious!! I might add some capers next time, and there definitely will be a next time.
Absolutely as good as all the comments say.
This pasta…. It’s going to happen in this house a lot. So yummy and bright.
This was brilliant! Tastes just like a restaurant. Will definitely make again!
Delicious! I liked the white beans in there, the creaminess and the lemony taste. Added a bit more artichoke hearts and spinach. It stays on my favourites list. Who would have thought I’d love pasta with beans 😁
I love the herbs in this recipe and the overall flavour is fantastic. I would definitely suggest adding the toasted pine nuts because they add a little crunch. Yet another recipe I will be making again.
Easy
Since I can’t edit my review I also wanted to post that I used great northern white beans instead of butter beans. Highly recommend!!
This pasta literally taste like I went to a restaurant. The flavors all compliment each other well. New favorite dish.
Also if you are like me and had no idea what “soy cream” was, add 6.7oz of unsweetened plain soy milk and 1.3 oz of olive oil with a pinch of salt to a container and use a hand blender for a minute. I couldn’t find soy cream anywhere.
I also had to use angel hair pasta which maybe I should have used a little less, I used the amount of the other pasta (300mg) but I found it didn’t make enough liquid to be saucy with all those noodles. Oops! So if you use a smaller pasta use less or make more sauce!
Very good! I added dried chili flakes and dried estragon - really made it even better 😍
This was such a delicious recipe, and my family loved it!! My sister said “I never thought I would enjoy beans in my pasta, but this is so good!”
Amazing recipe for the summer as the lemon adds freshness to it. I ended up adding leftover capers and it’s was lovely!
So good! 💕
I love this recipe they are really perfect for a quick and easy dinner. Thank you!!
Made this, super delicious. Love the dill flavor. I did end up subbing the cooking cream with coconut milk (super difficult to find soy cream near me) and ended up great!
Amazing!
