It was tasty, but not very special. Really easy to make and comes together quickly. The cooking time of the pasta was spot on, which I don't see very often for one-pot dishes! I subbed the cannellini beans for lima beans, and don't think that was a great idea. They're a lot bigger and had too high of a bean to pesto ratio for my taste. 😅 I'll try the right beans next time and see how that works out.

Super easy recipe but low in flavor. Definitely needs salt, probably more pesto, some lemon and chili flakes. I'll add some broccoli too next time!

I love this dish, keep doing it over and over again. My only recommendation for this recipe is to use 1/2 a bouillon cube instead (for the 3 portions). The flavours from the dried tomatoes and pesto are more than enough to balance the dish!

Love how easy this was. Also very wholesome. I enjoyed it very much but think it is lacking in flavor a bit. The next time I make this I will probably add some Italian spice mix and/or oregano! I think those would add SO much to the dish. Just some food for thought (hehe)

for some reason each time i use gluten free pasta in these dishes it gets very mushy.. any thoughts?

Hey Jessica, gluten-free pasta can be tricky! How well they hold shape can vary from brand to brand so trying a different option may be worthwhile (such as Catelli or Barilla). Cooking the pasta to be al-dente, so it's firm and around 80% cooked rather than overcooked, can also help lots. We've also heard positive reviews with adding a little oil to the water to prevent sticking in other recipes. We hope this helps for now 🤗

Unfortunately this was WAY too much water. I got pasta soup, as I was afraid. Next time I will go with my gut and cook the pasta separately and blitz in a blender pesto and the beans and add some pasta water if needed to be more saucy.
However, the taste is great, and will make it again with small adjustments. Thanks!
