Hello what milk can I use cause I can’t eat soy because of m’y thyroïde problem (my doc said so) can i use normal milk ? Thank you

Hey Jess, we imagine almond milk would work best, though a touch less creamy. Oat milk tends to offer more sweetness, so that's an option too if you don't mind a sweeter-tasting pasta.

This recipe is not at all to dry as some claim. It's pesto, so it's not meant to be super saucy. It has an exquisite creamy texture and goes very well with the red lentil pasta. Just make sure not to cook it too long or too hot and it will be perfect.

I love broccoli, I love peas, and I love pesto, but they just don't work well together. The pesto tasted good when I tried it on it's own, but when it was in the dish, I couldn't taste it at all :(
The pasta to sauce ration is also off, I used only half of the pasta I cooked and it was enough for the sauce - if I added any more, it would've been too dry.

Hi Ákos, we're sad to hear this! Some red lentil pastas can have a more prominent taste that can overpower the pesto. Maybe doubling the pesto could help balance the flavours if you give the recipe another try 🤗

Good. I added pepper and it took it up a notch. I’d say it’ll stay on the make again list. Next time I’ll play a bit with the ingredients. Wonder if more tomatoes and tomato paste would make it better. Or if different veggies will make it more flavourful.

I had leftovers and the next day it was. Five star and it had more moisture. I also froze a serving and had it today! Wow amazing!!! I just microwaved it from frozen. Used defrost button first and followed microwave instructions. And then heated it for 2 min on half power. It was better than fresh. The veggies were amazing!!! Very pleasantly surprised!

Not our favourite one unfortunately. 🙈 We found it a bit dry and the sauce was a bit bland. It was very rilling though.
Luckily there are enough other delicious pasta recipes to choose from on the PUL app 🤩

Overall really nice meal. Love the addition of broccoli(ni) and peas to sneak in more veggies. I found the sauce lacking a little flavor that I couldn’t quite put my finger on. I added a little lemon juice and salt and that seemed to balance things more for my taste.

Unfortunately I found this dish a bit bland. The tomato paste was too strong and I couldn't taste the rest of the ingredients in the pesto, so it ended tasting a tad dry. Maybe it was the brand I used, but I don't think I will be repeating this dish...

Y-U-M! This pasta was delicious! I loved how saucy it was and how the broccolini heads 'soaked' it up. Another bonus was how simple the recipe was with minimal ingredients. My partner and I both loved it and cannot wait to make again!

Meh, this tasted a bit weird and it was very dry. I think I don’t like the tomato paste in this dish. The lentil pasta is dry, so was the sauce. Nobody at the table really liked it 🙈 It was really filling though.

Hi Team Pick up Limes, I have a question. I‘m not able to purchase broccolini at my local grocery store. The arrows show it can be swapped for broccolini - I suppose that this is a mistake and it can be swapped for broccoli? If so, maybe you‘d like to change the description.
