For the ladies, this is a wonderful cycle syncing recipe for the menstrual phase thanks to the mushrooms and wild rice. It’s also so comforting to eat. 🍄‍🟫😋

Delicious! I modified the method by making the whole thing in my rice cooker, just to simplify cleanup. I sautéed the mushrooms, onion, garlic, and spices. Once that was cooked down, I added the rice and water, then set it to the rice setting. Me and my husband both loved it!
