I've been making this quite often. First during summer for BBQ's (because i had an abundance of parsley, garlic and chives in my garden). Then I forgot about it for a while. But then I made it again to put on toast whenever we had soup. Found out that it freezes well too, so I put it in tiny jam jars and freeze portions that way. For Christmas, I put it in silicone star moulds. It is always a hit! I've also been adding lots of different herbs and sometimes I use dried herbs. So I'm not actually making this exact recipe anymore, but it sure was the basis for my experiments and I'm very grateful that I found it!
