I did not have the avocado but I had several mangoes so I used 2 different varieties. At first taste, it tasted a bit bland for some reason so I added a very small sprinkle of salt and all the flavours were automatically enhanced! It was delicious!!!

Absolutely love this! Was a hit with the kids and something a bit different

What a pleasant salsa! However, I don’t like fresh basil🤭, so I replaced it with lemon balm. It fit so well with the lime juice.
I ate the salsa as an afternoon snack without pita bread (I doubled the serving size), but I would’ve loved to serve this for a barbecue. Imagine a simple potato salad accompanied with grilled feta cheese, smoked tofu, and/or vegetables🤩. Or why not barbecued meat if that’s an option. All these goodies topped with this sweet sour salsa

LOVE! I brought this to a barbecue and it was the first thing to disappear from the table - definitely a hit!

Oh, what did you have on the barbecue? Did something fit particularly well with this salsa? I would like some inspiration🙏🏻
