Its velvety texture and subtle nuttiness create a delightful combination. If you want to save some time, you can use a regular soy-tofu for the tacos. Complementing the tacos, the mango salsa brings forth a touch of sweetness and freshness, while the hot maple drizzle adds a pleasant spicy kick.

BTW:I baked the lentil tofu in the airfryer. 200 C, 10 minutes. (shake after 5 minutes) Turned out great 😀

If I could give this more stars, I would. We used frozen mango instead of fresh, and just used regular tofu to make cook time faster. We didn't even have the ingredients for the sauce, and it still tasted amazing. The salsa is the star, it's really, really refreshing and comforting at the same time.

What kind of food sorcery?!?! We cooked the lentil tofu in the oven and it crisped up so beautifully. The texture was crispy and soft at the same time. Plus in a fresh tortilla with all the delicious taco toppings… I’d honestly rate this one higher if I could.
