Used 2tbsp of PUL Mexican seasoning for the taco seasoning. Replaced veggie ground with cooked brown lentils. Love that it cooks all in one pot , easy to make and great flavor. Thank you!

Very tasty, especially for the amount of time it takes to prepare! So quick, and you only have one pot to wash after! I made some pico de gallo that served as a great topping for this!

I think adding 3 cups was too much but once I let the pasta shimmer for 20mins and the pasta is cooked, the pasta absorbed the water and the pasta is perfect

I think the 3 cups of water have a wrong ML next to it. If I measure 3 cups I get around 550ml and not 720ml.

Hey Pim, a standard 1 cup is equal to 240 mL (in some countries 250 mL) so I wonder if you were using a different size measurement?

I tried it, and it came out very soupy. I think it might be too much water. I’m gonna try it again but with a lot less water, and more of the other stuff ( beans, corn..) hopefully it works out better that way! :)
