Recette complexe par ses ingrédients difficiles à trouver. Les remplacements ne sont pas faciles. En prendre une autre si je veux cuisiner du Kimchi. De plus le déroulé de la recette n'est pas pratique. On ne découvre qu'à la fin qu'il fallait faire cuire du riz

Hey Marguerite, thanks for taking the time to try the recipe and share the review. I'm sorry to hear you found some of the ingredients hard to find. We tried to stay true to the authentic way of making this dish as much as possible. As for the rice, ours takes about 15 minutes to cook. We chose to cook this in the final steps while the tofu is also simmering for 15 minutes, as it means both components will (hopefully) be done cooking at the same time and deliciously warm. In any case, thanks for the feedback, and we hope you enjoy some of our other recipes more <3

Really good and great winter food! I mostly followed the recipe - I didn't put Kombu in as didn't have any, and I reduced the amount of kimchi a little as I didn't want it too spicy, air fried my Tofu and added Kale at the end. I don't think any of what I changed was necessary though - it was just doing it for my own taste. Came out perfectly and I'll be adding it into my regular rotation this winter. Very easy and quick to make too!

This app is amazing and exactly what I've been looking for. I'm on android, so I have been waiting for it, and it hasn't disappointed!

Hot and spicy soups are perfect for cold days and this one is particularly filling and comforting.
There is a little mistake, you say to cook the rice twice at step 1 and 4.
