Budget-friendly

This tofu is one of those snacks that’s hard to stop eating. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavour in every bite. It’s a plant-based twist on a classic comfort snack, but so much lighter, thanks to the air fryer. You can dip it, toss it in a sauce, or just enjoy it straight out of the basket (no judgment). Whether it’s for a quick snack, a party, or even dinner, this tofu is guaranteed to hit the spot.

This was so easy to make and is so so delicious

Manucrw - July 28, 2025, 8:09 p.m.

Oh my Looooord! The best tofu recipe ever! Made it last night and here I am making it again ✨
So crunchy!!!

Gosh we're so happy to hear this, Manucrw! Such a massive compliment 😃

Atro Patene - July 20, 2025, 6:21 p.m.

Delicious! The batch I made was a bit too much for one sitting. The next day the leftovers were a bit soggy/spongy (naturally). I tossed them in the airfryer again for 3 mins on 180 Celsius and they came out crispy again!

Best air fryer tofu I've had. Went oil-free with this one, and it crisped up perfectly.

Yay finally some airfryer recipes! I hope you do a ton more or even just modify existing ones for the airfyer!

Aww thanks for the request, Seema! Stay tuned for more in the future 💛

I like the crunch! Tried it today for my parents and I. Nice flavor combo!

Savvas - June 27, 2025, 7:29 a.m.

Could we try it in the conventional oven?

PUL small logo PUL Team - June 27, 2025, 11:51 p.m.

Great question, Savvas! We haven’t tested this one in the oven ourselves yet, but it should still work well. Try baking the tofu on a lined tray at 200°C (400°F), flipping halfway through, and keep an eye on it - it might take around 20 - 25 minutes, depending on your oven. If it looks like it’s browning too quickly, you can lower the heat slightly for the second half. If you end up giving it a go, let us know how it turns out! 😊
