We made only the chipotle sauce (we had no avocado for the other one), and it was very good! I'll make the other one too next time, I was on missing the freshness! Partner thought it was deep fried, and was pleasantly surprised that not a bit of oil was used! I'll make it again ^^

My 14oz block of tofu made 22 strips, which comes out to a total of 1474 calories. Does this include the 2 dips as well or just the strips/tofu? Would love to have the option to separate out the sauces if the nutrition is all combined. The tofu sticks were pretty good!

In the meantime, you could consider adding the tofu strips as a custom recipe with your 14 oz tofu block and without the sides for more accuracy 🤗

I rarely like to eat tofu which is a problem for this vegetarian...BUT I love love this. You have given me a way to easily pump up my Nutrition AKA my "Wheel of Health" if it looking a bit flat for a few days.
