Can you fry in oil?

Heyy Ray, you bet! 😊 You can heat a few tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the coated eggplant sticks in batches until golden and crispy on all sides. Place them on a paper towel-lined plate afterward to absorb any excess oil before serving.
