As always- the recepie is a winner in my family but we ALWAYS at least double the amount of ingredients for the glaze. Somehow it never seems to be enough for us in the original recipes
These cauliflower wings were amazing! Crispy, flavorful, and the glaze was perfect. Some even looked like real wings, definitely a hit!

I usually make a similar recipe with tofu instead of cauliflower, but the tofu is not coated in batter/breadcrumbs so it is a much quicker recipe. However, my husband is not a tofu fan - this alternative just made his afternoon (and mine)!
Usually not a fan of cauliflower, but this was very delicious!
So delicious! A new household favourite. Made these with some rice and pan friend kale and edamame for a bit of green and it went down a treat. Definitely a bit more time consuming than other recipes but well worth the effort!

Ok so, the recipe took me FOREVER to cook and at the end my kitchen was a mess 😂. Bit in the end it was totally worth it because the taste was amazing (AND the son ate all his cauliflower saying it did not taste like cauliflower 😆). I put 4 stars because it is a little bit long to do (can’t do it on the week days when everything is so frantic) but the taste worths a 5 !❤️
I am annoyed that I didn't read the instructions. I just read the ingredients list and added all the batter ingredients, including breadcrumbs. I couldn't figure out why I needed to triple the water in my recipe until I got to the later steps. So I used that batter and omitted the coating in breadcrumb step. Needless to say the cauliflower didn't have that bready finish. But the glaze is good. Silly me. But I do think there is opportunity to list the breadcrumbs in a separate step, as opposed to with the wet batter step. Or atleast in a separate paragraph. End of long day, meant I didn't read every line word for word. So I do take accountablity for my oversight.
This looks delicious! Just wondering if oven temperatures recommended are for fan-forced cooking?
Wow. Made it again last night, but instead of putting it in the oven for the last step we put it on the braai (What we call a barbecue in South Africa).
Both the oven version and the braai were a hit. My pregnant friend even requested that I bring this as the meal-gift after the baby is born.
The only complaint was that I was made too little. This is really one of the best sides ever.
Would highly recommend.

Just one thing : I have still a lot of sauce left… I am a bit surprised to read in the comments that people were running out of it… but comments date back from a few weeks ago : maybe PUL changed the quantities? But now it is way too much, even though my cauliflower was big !

One of the best cauliflower recipes that I've tried! So yummy and gooey! I will use less flour mixture next time.
I just tried then and they turned out absolutely delicious! Will definitely make them again, but next time I’d have to make more sauce. Even though I only had 3/4 of a cauliflower head, I would’ve needed double the amount of sauce to cover them evenly. However, this is gonna be a new go to recipe! 🥰
These SLAP!!! Very delicious and the double bake really creates a meaty texture. I was hot, tired and overworked so I didn’t mKe a side. I will with the left overs. I ran a little short on sauce but I am sure that was more a me error. I will make more for leftovers. Do make this it’s worth the effort. I just want to say my kitchen is literally auditioning for a ring in hell. So all this cooking has been fun and worth the sweating 😊🤤

Sooo good! Tastes just like chicken to me but better! Wish I could put a picture, Whole family including kids loved them!
The only thing I did different is I had to make 2 batches of sticky sauce because it wasn’t enough to coat the cauliflower.

I didn’t have all-purpose flower at home so I used whole wheat flower instead. Didn’t bother at all and a huge plus on the healthy side. Soooo delicious!
