Usually my family makes green beans with tomato sauce and olive oil so this was a nice change! The almonds were such a great add as well! I will definitely make this again in the future when I want something a bit lighter!

Hey Anjali, this recipe was made for one of our holiday menus and was used as a side dish along the Torurtière. Perhaps that's an idea? Becuase the green beans offer veggies, to make it a complete meal ideally you'd want to pair it with a main dish that includes a grain (rice, pasta, bread, etc.) and protein (beans, lentils, tofu, tempeh, a plant-based meat alternative). I hope this helps for now :)
