These swirled pastries blend the best of both worlds: the spice-infused spirals of a cinnamon roll and the flaky, buttery layers of a croissant. Utilizing ready-made puff pastry makes their preparation effortless, meaning you can enjoy their intricate layers without the wait. With a subtle touch of cardamom and topped with smooth pistachio cream, every bite offers a taste of indulgence.

One of the best pastry recipe on this app! Looks aesthetics but I also struggled with the holes in the middle, they fully closed up. I managed to put the filling inside, I used whipped cream instead of cream cheese and it worked perfectly, just needed to chill it for the for the filling to firm up

Tastes delicious but did stick to the cupcake pan. Can recommend using cases instead of greasing 😅

J'ai été déçue. beaucoup de préparation et de travail pour un résultat qui ne m'a pas vraiment plu. Les trous se rebouchent quelque soit la méthode utilisée. Si je veux un dessert à la cardamome autant me tourner vers les Besan Laddu

Hey Marguerite, we're so sad to hear you were disappointed. This recipe does require a bit of preparation. Besan Laddu is a great option if you're looking for a simpler cardamom dessert!

Easy to prepare and sooo yummie 😋. I used the SoVegan pistachepasta, which seems to be the most affordable one and easy to buy as well (AH).
This gets on the pastry shortlist!

These were relatively easy to make, looked stunning and tasted amazing - better than the pastries from our local cafe!
Didn’t have pistachio butter, so swapped out for Chocolate and Hazelnut butter - and scattered with chopped roasted Hazelnuts instead. Simply delicious!

These were really fun to make and me and my family enjoyed them very much! I did have some trouble with the holes in the middle disappearing during baking because the sugar started to melt into it.

Hey, Marleen, we're thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed the swirls! To prevent the holes from disappearing, you can try rolling the dough slightly looser or wiggling the hole open a bit wider, but we also like the pistachio cream smeared across the top as well! Happy baking ☺️
