These crackers are amazingly crunchy and loaded with delicious ingredients. The nuts and seeds add a hearty flavour, while the dates add a lovely chew and sweetness. They're the perfect cracker for a crudites platter and a best friend to any spread.

Great taste, but I had trouble getting them to rise. They didn’t rise at all despite mixing only a minimum amount. But otherwise, great!

Sooo good! I love the subtle taste of buckwheat. The whole family loved it. I used hazelnuts instead of walnuts. Thank you PUL ❤️

Hey! Is it possible to substitute the flour with nut-flour to make it gluten free?
PUL Team - Dec. 12, 2024, 8:41 p.m.
Hey Isra, we tried to make it 100% buckwheat flour, but the middle would remain wet. We found the all-purpose flour helped to lighten the batter. You could try using oat flour instead. If you do, let us know how it goes 😊

Hey, just a quick question, do you think I could substitute all-purpose flour with whole grain flour? Thanks in advance!

These are sooooo good! I made the loaf yesterday, kept it in the fridge overnight, sliced it and baked the slices today, and now I can't stop eating them! 😄 Excellent, fun recipe. Thank you!

Amazing ! I think there's too much sugar, but that's a personal taste 😉

Absolutely fantastic! I was looking for something for a picky plate and/or bread substitute. These are excellent and so easy. Just a bit of time involved in waiting but excellent to do in stages ☺️

So glad it was enjoyed, Jen!
