If you're a fan of pumpkin pie, you'll go crazy for this creamy, spiced crème brûlée. It combines the smooth richness of a custard with the warm spices of fall. Topped with a delicious caramelized sugar layer, each spoonful is a little bit of autumn heaven.

Any advice on how to achieve this if you don’t own a kitchen torch? Thank you 🙏

Hi Johanna! This is also lovely without the bruléed top. It's basically a pumpkin panna cotta or pudding. You can try and use the broiler setting on your oven to get a caramelized top, but we would suggest that if you don't have a torch, make a batch of caramel shards (we have a recipe here: https://www.pickuplimes.com/r… ), and use that as topping instead. You'll miss out on "cracking" the top, but you will still get the crunch and caramel flavour. We hope you get to try the recipe!
