Juicy blueberries baked with a sweet crumble topping, what could be more perfect? It's absolutely delicious on its own, but it's even better with creamy yogurt, ice cream, or whipped cream topping.

🌟 RECIPE UPDATE: Thanks to your feedback, we’ve retested this recipe and made a few improvements! We increased the baking time and reduced the amount of blueberries, which helped perfect the balance between the filling and topping. We hope you love the updated version! 💛 xo, Sadia (21 Feb 2025)

So good! I feel a bit more crumble was needed relative to the amount of blueberries, but other than that - delish. Will definitely make again.

I did a single serving and used my air fryer at 325F for 12 minutes which worked with the frozen blueberries I was using. I had no sugar
so substituted maple syrup which changes the crumble texture so I did 1.5X the amount. Next time I would double it to get full coverage. The coconut flakes added a nice texture. Not overly sweet. Overall lovely, yummy, simple crumble. Can't wait to make again.

Hey there, Mckenna, thanks a bunch for taking the time to share your experience with the crumble and air-fryer 😃

I’ve made this twice now and it’s delicious! I agree with the other comment though, definitely needs more time in the oven. I did about 40 minutes.

Hey Ruby, thanks for the tip! We use a top and bottom heating, not fan-assisted or convection, so that could perhaps lead to a different time. Do you know which oven setting you used? Thanks for feedback, it really helps us improve what we do 🤗

I’m not too sure, but it’s probably a fan assisted oven!

Really enjoyed the taste of this dessert! Had to cook longer than stated to get the desired golden colour and bubbling effect. In the future will probably put less blueberries and a bit more crumble!
